The perfect pandemic storm predicted but the weatherman is usually wrong—right?
Since 1998, The IO has been reporting developments as the U.S. government, led by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (more accurately described as the Centers for Disease Creation and Propagation) (CDC), has been preparing for an "inevitable" influenza pandemic.
As a logical consequence of imaginary Arabs hijacking two chimerical airplanes to cause the Twin Towers and WTC 7 to collapse and two more allegedly hijacked airplanes to disappear into the Pentagon and a field near Shanksville, PA, the nation must also prepare to prevent a biological attack by more imaginary Arab bioterrorists.
In 2002, billions of state and federal dollars began pouring into pandemic preparedness as part of the post-9/11 "war on terror" to "protect the homeland."
As of this moment, the perfect pandemic storm is gathering: The public is suitably frightened of bird flu, has been reminded about how the 1918 "Spanish" flu killed an estimated 20 million to 100 million people worldwide and, the government reports, at least 100 million doses of "bird flu" vaccine is ready for deployment. The people are not being told, however, that all the major influenza pandemics, including the 1918 "Spanish" flu pandemic, were vaccine induced. Nor are they being told that the vaccine is being tested in humans with deadly results, has no agency approval and is available only to governments.
While the Beijing Olympic Games did not spark the "avian flu" pandemic as anticipated, signs that preparations for a global influenza outbreak are in the final stages abound in the corporate news through government sources. There is little doubt that, when the time comes, cases of "avian" influenza will be reported, a medical emergency will be declared and the mass vaccination machinery will be set in motion.
If you have been reading The IO and checking our pending pandemic articles over the last decade against the Patriot Act, the Military Commissions Act, the Model State Emergency Health Powers Act and the Bioshield Act, you will realize that the medical emergency and pandemic preparedness plans are in place at every level of government in the U.S.
Many communities in America have openly conducted city and county-wide pandemic preparedness plan exercises with public participation. Ask any cop, EMT, fireman, nurse, physician or national guardsman and they will tell you that they have been receiving pandemic preparedness training.
The plans outline quarantines, roadblocks, commandeering of facilities and supplies, mandatory vaccination, curfews and detention—all of which will be enforced at gunpoint.
There is no doubt that the intent, for a variety of reasons ranging from corporate profit, population reduction and power consolidation, is to cause a global, vaccine-induced pandemic. While it would appear impossible for us to prevent such a huge and well-funded, militarily-backed inevitability, it has an Achilles heel:
We learned during the phony smallpox threat in 2002-2003, which caused the government to begin vaccinating first responders and medical personnel, that mass vaccination campaigns fail if the administrators won’t administrate.

Our only hope in derailing the coming (vaccine-induced) influenza pandemic is to convince our local professional pandemic preparedness players not to participate when the time comes.

To: First responders, medical professionals, public officials and community leaders
It is of vital importance for you to take the time to view and carefully consider the information in the DVD presentation by Dr. A. True Ott on pandemic influenza preparedness. Dr. Ott’s research provides balance to information you have been receiving on pandemic preparedness. When you determine that the evidence presented is provable, you will realize the following:
• That all influenza pandemics (1918, 1956, 1968 and 1977) were provably vaccine-induced. (Read documentation from historical records.)
• Pandemic-creating influenza vaccines have been developed by people in league with those actively bioengineering influenza variants. The next "planned for" influenza pandemic will also be vaccine-induced and is planned for this flu season.
• Since at least 1998, you have been told that the next influenza pandemic is not a matter of "if" but "when." In the wake of 9/11/01, we had the anthrax scare, the SARS scare and the "weaponized" smallpox scare.
By 2002, legislatures from the several states began passing versions of the Model State Emergency Health Powers Act. You have been receiving pandemic preparedness training ever since. In fall, 2002, the Bush administration, without the consent of Congress, "bought" 300 million doses of smallpox vaccine and began a mass vaccination program beginning with 500,000 healthcare workers. The program was halted for the following reasons:
• The first wave of vaccine recipients were first responders, many of whom became ill and a few died after being vaccinated. There was no insurance coverage or federal program in place for vaccine recipients to be compensated for disability or death due to the smallpox vaccination.
• The adverse affects became widely known, as did knowledge that the vaccinated first responders and emergency medical personnel were infectious for up to 21 days and could spread the disease to anyone with whom they had contact.
• It became common knowledge that there were at least 62 biological agents available to "terrorists" that would be more effective than smallpox.
By March 7, 2003, only 12,690 of our nation’s 500,000 healthcare workers and first responders had received the experimental smallpox vaccine—a 97 percent refusal rate.
There is an extreme likelihood that the pandemic you have been told is inevitable and, indeed, have been preparing for, could begin any day now. You will then be asked to play the role you have been trained to play. The question you must ask yourself is, "Will I be serving the interests of my family and community or serving some other purpose?"
Your only duty, as first responders, medical professionals, public officials and community leaders, is to protect the health of the public you serve. When the time comes—and it will, soon—do the right thing: Refuse to participate in unleashing an "influenza" pandemic through forced vaccination. It is important to remember that to inject anyone with an experimental vaccine that can cause permanent injury or death, without any legal recourse or liability on the part of our federal government implementing this program, is not only inhumane but a gross violation of basic human rights.


World ill-prepared for next flu pandemic: UN

UNITED NATIONS (AFP) — Despite widespread awareness of the risks of the next flu pandemic, the world needs to drastically improve cooperation in preparing for what would be a major global crisis, a UN report said Tuesday.
The report by the United Nations and the World Bank said that while most countries are planning for a flu pandemic, the worry was that "many plans have not been tested and may well fail once the next influenza pandemic starts."
"Coming on the heels of a World Bank study suggesting that the economic cost of a pandemic could top a staggering three trillion dollars, this continuing lack of preparedness remains a cause of concern," it noted.
According to the World Bank, a flu pandemic of moderate intensity could cut global gross domestic product by two percent, while a severe flu pandemic would slash global gross domestic product by nearly five percent, or more than three trillion dollars.
The report said that even a mild flu pandemic might kill 1.4 million people worldwide, while the death toll from a severe global outbreak could reach 70 million.
"Considering that pandemic preparedness was largely unaddressed by the world's nations three years ago, the widespread awareness and action seen today is a major achievement," said David Nabarro, a Briton who is the UN System influenza coordinator.
"But more needs to be done to ensure that we are ready for this kind of major global crisis," he added.
He made the remarks ahead of an international ministerial conference on Avian and Pandemic Influenza scheduled for Friday to Sunday in the Egyptian Red Sea resort of Sharm el-Sheikh.
The parley is to review global progress and plan future efforts for pandemic preparedness and bird flu control.
No countries reported new infections of their poultry by the H5N1 bird flu virus in the first nine months of 2008, as compared with four in the same period last year, the UN report said.
Nabarro noted that the bird flu virus was entrenched only in two countries: Egypt and Indonesia.
The study also pointed out that only 20 countries which have previously reported infections experienced outbreaks between January and September 2008, down from 25 in the same period last year.
It added that to date 245 people have died of bird flu.
"The pace of sporadic human infections and deaths from H5N1 has slowed since last year, with 28 confirmed deaths in 2008 compared to 59 in 2007, but the threat of an influenza pandemic remains," it added.
The UN is coordinating a drive by governments, donors, international agencies and corporations to stop the spread of bird flu while preparing for a fast-spreading human influenza pandemic.
There have been three such pandemics in the past century.
