The Pentagon CCTV footage was clearly altered, even if you ignore the incorrect date. Pentagon controversy
began in part when firemen stated that they saw no airplane wreckage. Local sources reported a truck bomb
and a plane the size of a small commuter jet. Subsequently, an FBI spokesman stated that they "had the
plane" which was then discounted. A slick, often televised film by the ASCE shows how the 757 passed
through internal Pentagon architecture, but neglected to include the engines and empennage on the plane or
an external hole of sufficient size. Despite the eagerness of many "mainstream" media mouthpieces to quiet
conspiracy theories, previously confiscated security video from the Doubletree Inn shows what many have
long suspected: no plane. Photographic analysis of the alleged 757 wreckage show multiple indications of
Photoshopping. There were allegedly 80 or so cameras capable of confirming the 757's impact. If there was
a 757 (and thus sufficient wreckage) why is the government still suppressing CCTV footage to prove it?
It looks like the the government is trying to hide the truth.

The likelihood of near-symmetrical collapse of WTC7 due to random fires (the "official" theory)---requiring as
it does near-simultaneous failure of many support columns---is infinitesimal. I conclude that the evidence for
the 9/11 use of pre-positioned explosives in WTC 7 (also in Towers 1 and 2) is truly compelling.[

Some of the alleged "suicide hijackers" are still alive and well. Fire has never - either before or after 9/11 - caused a steel-framed structure to collapse, let alone at free-fall
speed. Squibs (explosives that cause puffs of pulverized concrete and steel), such as those you would see in a
controlled demolition, were caught on tape during the collapse of all three towers. In January of 2008, 9/11 Commissioners Kean and Hamilton stated, "We had no way of evaluating the
credibility of detainee information..." adding they were "stonewalled by the C.I.A." To this day, the FBI does not accuse OBL of the attacks. The collapse of 7 WTC - which was not hit by an
aircraft - was not even mentioned in the 9/11 Commission Report. Furthermore, why was not one official or civil servant fired for their actions that day? Was no one negligent?
Why were 70 percent of the victims' family members' questions not answered by the 9/11 Commissioners? I, for one, no longer delve into where to place blame for the events of September 11. My reasons for
participating in Canadian 9/11 Truth are no longer about putting Bush, Cheney or Osama Bin Laden in jail.
Nor is it about justice for the victims. It is about seeing the world once and for all for what it really is. It is about
realizing how we are lied to by our government and by corporate journalism, and how we accept those lies. It
is about seeking truth in all we do, and learning the importance of educating ourselves, for ourselves.
The nature of steel is the property around which they design steel frame buildings, because they retain their
structural integrity in case of fire. No steel-framed building has ever collapsed due to fire. I make that
statement knowing that NIST recently concluded that Bldg 7 was the first in history to do so. They are lying,
and the news conference in which they trotted out their "dog ate my homework" story last month shows the
tortured logic by which they justified their ruling out of explosions that many people on the scene heard and
reported. Ready for this? The sound was not loud enough to have been caused by the amount of explosives it
would have taken. They didn't say that examination of the steel or the debris showed no trace of explosives or
incendiaries (professor Stephen Jones has documented residue of thermate). They did not look for any
explosive residue, because "why look for what is not there". That a person posing as a spokesperson for a
scientific body would make a statement of that nature is almost beyond belief until you remember that NIST
has shown themselves time after time to be a bunch of toadies, willing to do and say anything to back up their
thuggish masters.

as an independent body charged with investigating 9/11. They did no such thing. They began with the story
pounded into the shell-shocked American people from day one about 19 box-cutter armed hijackers and a
6'4" Saudi in a cave in Afghanistan that did not begin to explain huge amount of evidence seen by millions of
people of explosions where none should occur, destruction that could not have happened the way it was
described, and behavior of officials in the admin

September 11 for unresolved inconsistencies. Griffin draws heavily on three similarly skeptical examinations,
by Nafeez Ahmed, Paul Thompson and Thierry Meyssan, whose The Big Lie was a bestseller in France, and
which the New Republic has called "thinâ€"and thinly argued." Based on these sources, Griffin maintains that
a full investigation of the events of that tragic day is necessary to answer such questions as whether
American Airlines Flight 77 did crash into the Pentagon (though many will find it impossible to doubt this) and
how United Airlines Flight 93 was downed. He claims that if standard procedures for scrambling fighter jets
had been followed, the hijacked planes should have been intercepted in time, and that structurally, the
collapse of the World Trade Center towers most likely was caused by explosives placed throughout the
towers, not from the plane crashes. He strongly implies that the Bush administration had foreknowledge of
the attack and sought to conceal what Griffin suggests was the Pakistani intelligence agency's involvement in
the planning for the attacks. His analysis is undergirded by the theory that a significant external threat, on the
scale of Pearl Harbor, was very much in the interest of the Bush administration, which he believes is intent on
self-interested aggressive foreign policies. Even many Bush opponents will find these charges ridiculous,
though conspiracy theorists may be haunted by the suspicion that we know less than we think we do about
that fateful day. a former journalist, I am incredulous that this overwhelming abundance of evidence, all of which points to a
story of incredible magnitude, has not been seriously and thoroughly investigated by the press. Watergate,
exposed by Woodward and Bernstein, potentially pales into insignificance in comparison with the
implications of the data and arguments offered in this extraordinarily well-researched and clearly written
book. Prof. Griffin's courage and tenacity must be admired.
Until reading this book I have despised any conspiracy theory that involved persons in any American
administration doing harm to their fellow Americans. But Dr. Griffin, a noted professor at the prestigious
Claremont School of Theology, has written a dispassionate study of the many inconsistencies that are
involved in the official version of what happened on 9/11, our surveillance of Middle Eastern terrorist networks
before that time, and our pursuit of the true perpetrators since then. For example, when Flight 11's
transponder went off at 8:20 a.m. and flight attendants reported at 8:21 a.m. that it had been hijacked when it
turned 90 degrees to the south, F-16's are routinely supposed to scramble and head it off within ten minutes-
-long before it reached the North Tower. There is an average of 100 scramblings per year. We went zero for
three on 9/11. How could we not protect against a plane going directly towards the Pentagon or the White
House? One starts this book, wanting with all one's heart to believe that it was incompetence or surprise that
day, but there are just too many other really strange things (about twenty more) noted by Griffin that warrant an
even more complete investigation than what is going on now (April 2). Why? Because a lot of these
elements, briefly captured by one media source or another, were swept away in our focus on the war and not
brought back into the national consciousness. I must agree with the professor who wrote that "it is rare,
indeed, that a book has this potential to become a force of history."
One of the most critical challenges confronting Americans today is to grasp the true nature of the current
Bush administration. After four traumatic years in office, G.W. Bush and his handlers, have shown a taste for
the aggressive accumulation, and exercise of power, that is unprecedented in U.S. history.
In spite of the seemingly irrefutable official government account of 9/11, the question of government
complicity is now no longer in doubt. Three years of diligent civilian research has uncovered hidden facts that
clearly show that 9/11 and the subsequent 'war on terror', are not what they appear to be!
The Bush administration has effectively used, ironclad secrecy, outright deception, and a compliant
mainstream media, to push an official story of 9/11 that effectively conceals the truth. It is not surprising then,
that the most vigorous opponent of any type of post 9/11 investigation, was the Bush Whitehouse. What were
they trying to hide? A few facts to consider:
a. Prior to the attacks, key alleged hijackers were protected from FBI field investigations, by FBI
headquaters.
b. All hijacked plane passenger lists, are five passengers short of the official count, and contain no Arabic
names.
c. The fires caused by planes on the upper floors of the twin towers effectively burned out, before the towers
fell.
d. FDNY personnel escaping the WTC north tower, reported explosions going off as the tower collapsed.
e. The 40 story WTC building 7 collaped exactly like the twin towers without ever being struck by a plane.
f. All steel from the WTC collapses was hurriedly shipped out of the country without the usual investigations.
g. The FAA destroyed vital 9/11 tape recordings, instead of using this information in the usual investigations.
h. On 9/11/2001, federal agencies including FAA, NORAD, and FEMA, were running hijack simulations
including some where planes strike buildings.
i. After 9/11, the Bush administration publicly stated that prior to the attacks, it had felt no need to guard
against the threat of planes used as missiles.
j. The technology that will make it possible to use cell phones on commercial airliners, won't be available until
2006.
k. The 'war on terror' decreases U.S. constitutional liberties, but increases terrorist activity.
Mr. Griffin's 'The New Pearl Harbor', is a good place to start coming to grips with the difficult truths of 9/11. It
does not go as deeply into the case as others have, but It treats the areas that it does cover objectively,
methodically, and does not shy away from asking the tough questions that abound in this national tragedy.
The more one coldly examines the available evidence from 9/11, massive deception and government
involvement becomes clear.
The collapse of the twin towers didn't look right to me, but so much was happening that I had to let it go. There
was the antrax attacks that was "military grade" thought to come from Ft. Dietrick. There was a killer in my
neighborhood called the DC sniper. Oh yeah, lets not forget the invasions of Afganistan and Iraq. Everything
happened so fast it made me forget about the stolen 2000 presidential elections. Then one day I heard David
Ray Griffin discussing his book on CSPAN and it was like waking and finding I was living in a nightmare. Most people are aware that the attack on Pearl Harbor was a LIHOP(Let it happen on purpose) operation as
documented in Robert Stinnson's "Day of Deceit" and John Toland's "Infamy". Apparently this action or
inaction was taken so that the isolationist American public would be suffiently enraged and easily led into
war. In 2000, a neo-con think tank called the Project for a New American Century wrote a white paper that called
for invasions of Central Asia but felt that a catalyzing event would be needed to gain public support, "A New
Pearl Harbor." David Ray Griffin recounts the terrible events and systematically deconstructs the official story by simply
asking valid questions. The questions are haunting and the testimony of survivors and first responders is most damning. Have courage and read this book.
Prof. David Ray Griffin presents a persuasive & realistic scenario, which, in short, suggests that (rogue)
factions within the U.S. government were complicit in "terrorist attack(s)" on 9/11. And to reflect on the
heedlessness of the official account, consider that the Clinton-Lewinsky investigation initially received more
funding than the 9/11 (commission) investigation. That's right, the greatest structural malfunction in the world's
history receives less cash than a petty inquiry into the promiscuity of our former President, Bill Clinton. Not
only was the funding inadequate, but the evidence - steal beams, rubble, debris - was all removed from the
scene and shipped to scrap yards. The evidence was destroyed and less than 1% of the steel actually exists
today.
My only problem with this book is that Griffin did not take the time to verify all the facts that he cites in his 168
pg book. He instead takes a large amount of the 'facts' from the books & essays by Nafeez Ahmed, Michel
Chossudovsky, & Thierry Meyssan. Regardless of this, if you are interested in learning about the
inconsistencies and implausibilities found in the official account, this book is worth your time & money. Griffin
thoroughly covers the majority of the issues - the NORAD "stand-down" (fighter jets stayed on the ground for
60 "decisive" minutes), the Standard Operating Procedures, the "implosion" (as used by NIST) of WTC 1, 2,
& 7, the Pentagon damage area, Shanksville crash site, cell phone calls at 20+k altitude, etc. However, the
information provided on the collapse(s) is less than stellar. I expected to see questions such as - "If the
official account is true, then explain how gravity (and pockets of air) cause 4-ton steel girders to be launched
600 ft away from the WTC building?" Griffin focuses on a rather weak, but still valid point; ALL of the concrete
turned into dust and formed a pyroclastic flow (which contained asbestos and many other deadly toxins).
Overall, Griffin's book serves as a great introduction to the (lesser-known) facts of 9/11. Buying this
paperback will not dissatisfy, nor will it disillusion you from "reality"; instead, by the time you reach the heart of
the book, you'll be gnashing your teeth in contempt at our nation's obdurate acceptance of the "official
account". When you arrive at the book's conclusion, you will undoubtedly discover that the "official account",
as supported by NIST, 9/11 Comission Report, U.S. government, the general populace & the US media,
stinks to the high heavens!

1. Trade Towers collapse predicted since 1974! 2. Terrorists using commercial airliners as human guided missiles have been predicted since WWII. 3. Commercial Pilots carrying US Mail were required to carry firearms AND be proficient in their use since
early days of Airmail. 3. Terrorist profiling put in place in late '60s by Johnson Administration---primarily targeting Muslims. etc... 4. Presidents Eisenhower and Truman in the late 40s and early 50s set a goal for the US to become totally
energy independent by YR2000 so as to empower the US, prevent Islam from gaining power due to flood of US petro Dollars AND to prevent a nuclear world war between Christians and Muslims. Unfortunately for US AND nations of Persian Gulf, the Military Industrial Complex wanted war.
From 1969 onwards, Nixon, Kissinger, Ford, Carter, Bush, Sr., etc... wanted war, put a stop to US energy independence, stopped profiling Muslim terrorists, outlawed effective fire suppression systems for Commercial high rise buildings (Except for 'critical' Government buildings like The White House, Pentagon,
911 Comm Centers), destroyed the Shah, encouraged Muslim radicals, betrayed Kuwait by giving green light to Iraq to invade, betrayed Turkey, Israel, Saudi Arabia, etc...
Michael Chertoff lied to my face in a room filled with >100 People.He lied about the fact that the ATF, FBI, Cong. Ben Gilman, and Dateline NBC accused a man of being an
Al-Qaeda financer, who then Chertoff became his defense counsel, and got off all charges. FBI and ATF had
them caught on tape, illegal weapons, threatening to take down the Towers.
Chertoff admitted defending the guy, which he did at the same time as he was running a DoJ Op against
terrorist financing. Chertoff implied it was only an Internet rumor that his Egyptian client, Dr. Magdy Elamir,
was with Al-Qaeda and personally knew Osama Bin Laden.
But he's not the only one. James Baker blocked access to Saudi records, defending the Saudis in a damage
claim brought by 9-11 victims, not on legal grounds but on the basis of "diplomatic immunity". I.E, they got a
free pass. Everyone here should know Baker was Bush's attorney in 2000 in the Supreme Court, and family
attorney for 40 years.
And Michael Ledeen and others were in favor of a "LUCKY" and MIRACULOUS ("providential") attack on
America, in Ledeen's own words. Richard Perle, Kristol, etc. signed a paper which only said that such an
attack was NECESSARY.
Normally, air disasters turn on evidence such as Flight Data Recorder data, and such. But in this case, the
NTSB provided the data file from the Pentagon plane to Pilots for 911 truth ( http://pilotsfor911truth.org/ )
under FOIA, thinking, I suppose, that they would not be able to read it. After obtaining the meta-file, they
discovered that the government's own data did not support the government story. The aircraft that carried that
flight data recorder could not have struck the pentagon. It was too high, too fast, and too far to the north to
have maneuvered to hit the light poles, skim the lawn in the famous 5 frame video, nor even hit the Pentagon.
Further, an eyewitness corroborated this by relating how AFTER the explosion, he ran outside to see a large
passenger jet overflying the South parking lot, which could only mean one thing. It was an elaborate ruse to
make people think the building had been struck by the aircraft. David Ray Griffin, in 9/11 Contradictions provides plenty of evidence that would justify a new investigation. L.
Harris is proof of only one thing: If you live in a permanent state of denial, you won't ever see any credible
evidence of anything you don't want to see.
NB: The Pilots organization WERE able to read the data. A technician from a FDR manufacturer met with
them and provided the meta-data. They had to do it unofficially, but it enabled the complete decoding of the
information. They wound up with a big spread-sheet with all the relevant parameters laid out. You can
download the data yourself from the pilots site, and view the resultant videos - Pandora's Black Box - that
explains what the data means.
We don't hear as much from them lately, but we used to get a couple people a week starting discussions with
titles like "Irrefutable/absolute/indisputable proof planes didn't take down the WTC/fly into the Pentagon." So
I'd read their argument, go to the web page, or watch the YouTube video they claimed had proof, and you
know what? None of them were even close to proof. The videos, for example, were low resolution videos of
the towers collapsing with some narrator claiming that this or that puff of dust proved something when it
obviously didn't *prove* anything. The written proofs were equally worthless, invariably relying on some
argument with clear holes in its logic. This is one way in which the truthers squandered their credibility in my
eyes. I gave them chances to convince me and they squandered them on nonsense. There are only so many
times I'm going to let you tell me, "Okay, but what about this?"
But that's not the only way they screwed themselves. I also determined that some of their claims were patently
false. One example that comes to mind is the claim that George Bush's brother Marvin was head of security
at the WTC until the day before 9/11. They used this as part of their theory about how explosives could be
planted in the building, but it was simply not true. Lies do not enhance your credibility.
Another problem: They do not have evidence in need of an explanation, they have a belief in need of
supporting evidence. This is why they have no cohesive theory. One truther will propose one theory while a
different truther will promote another, conflicting theory. Avraham used to claim it was obvious explosives
were used to take down the WTC towers. Later he started claiming explosives were not used and suggested
a directed energy weapon (big ray gun) in space was used (even though the notion is absurd given the laws
of physics). Some speculate explosives were planted well in advance and others that they were planted just
days before. Some claim the planes were flown remotely while others don't. So with all the evidence they
claim to have, they still can't come up with a cohesive theory.
When asked about how certain things can be explained the truthers resort to an ever-widening conspiracy
including high level government officials, high and low level military personnel, private contractors, employees
of two airlines, and sundry other people to the point where scores, if not hundreds of people were involved, all
willing to commit a heinous treasonous act. How did they find all these traitors without revealing their plan to
anyone who wouldn't go along with it and expose it? No one has every come forward saying he was part of
this conspiracy, not even anonymously. The truthers just dismiss that by suggesting they're all afraid for their
lives (which widens the conspiracy even further).
If you believe the controlled demolition theory, in less than nine months, the attack and deception was
planned, people recruited, explosives were planted, and the whole thing coordinated flawlessly leaving no
real evidence behind. A perfect operation. In less than nine months. When CDI demolished the Hudson
department store, the largest building ever demolished at the time -- but much smaller than the three WTC
towers that collapsed on 9/11 -- it took 12 men 24 days just to plant the charges, and large engineering team
several months prior to that to plan and prepare. But truthers want me to believe this enormous conspiracy
was planned and executed flawlessly in less than nine months with no evidence and no leaks, even though
Bill Clinton couldn't get a little sex on the side and Nixon's people couldn't bug a hotel without people finding
out.
So here's the conclusion I drew after examining what I examined: If you want to believe there's a conspiracy,
then you'll dismiss the flaws in the "proofs" and accept them at face value. So spare me your allegations that
I'm not willing to think for myself. On the contrary, I *have* thought for myself and the above is what I thought.
On the other hand, you have people like Avraham who can't even begin to explain the stuff he accepts as
proof, and when challenged immediately starts insulting people because he knows he doesn't understand the
stuff he's promoting.
Some physicists and many witnesses, including firemen at the scene, are pretty skeptical that it was the
result of impact + fire. At least several physicists have disputed the incomplete NIST theory on solid grounds,
such as that NIST had to "re-engineer" the building in the computer model to make the silly "pancake theory"
work. Would you like maple syrup with that or blueberry? One or more physicists have offered alternate
theories.
Most people by now have seen or should have seen the astonished NY firemen talking about how joints were
popping "boom boom boom" as they made motions of successive collapse, and said they'd never seen
anything like it. In other words, it did not make sense.
I did not see that at first, but other people familiar with engineering saw it on TV and instantly recognized a
CD.
But resolving that mechanical issue is NOT that important. It does not necessarily matter. It is tangential to the
question of WHO planned it and WHO carried it out and HOW they got away with it without being stopped. It
is part of the legal court record that FBI agents submitted multiple warnings, Harry Samit submitted
SEVENTY warnings. Colleen Rowley stated that it seemed like there was an Al-Qaeda mole in FBI HQ.
Nor is the fact that there were no Air Force intercepts of 4 hijacked planes, and no serious effort for some 90
minutes. Even some military taunters I met could not argue their case in FAVOR of military incompetence.
We spent $12 Trillion on military and security tech since 1945. And where was that on Sept 11? All away
from home on "drills", drills which involved flying planes into the World Trade Center. Rumsfeld and Myers,
when confronted with questions about that, stated that the similtaneous drills actually gave them a better
response time (than infinity).
I know, there are perfectly legitimate reasons the Air Force could not intercept a single flight, despite
enormous lead times. Such as, many Air Force planes were away training. Rumsfeld admitted that. Also,
there was some confusion as to whether it was drill or real world. Anyone can make that mistake (if they were
unlucky enough as to have planned a drill for 9-11 that ran parallel to the actual events -- bad luck). As for the
reported mysterious FAA official who picked up the Flight Controllers tape recording from Boston (as I
recall), and shredded it into multiple waste baskets around the facility, well that might be a little harder to
explain, but I'm sure it's explainable.
One question I have long had: How is it that more than one (but especially one) top "counter-terrorism expert"
wrote "we could always get lucky" and how it would be "providential" if America was attacked, and the media
has NEVER mentioned this. What if you or I had stated that it was lucky and a blessing from God that
America was attacked? You think FBI would investigate this? What if we also had past connections to Islamic
Radicals, for example in Afghanistan? What if we were also previously investigated by the FBI for spying for
Israel? How much would it take for us to become targets of an FBI probe, for O'Reilly or CNN to start
convicting us, for us to be renditioned to Syria.
Yet when Michael Ledeen says that, he gets to be a "made man" as head of National Security, and gets
book-selling opportunities on Fox, and NOBODY, not even the most rabid Bush-hating Liberal, even
mentions his own words to him.
"...of course, we can always get lucky. Stunning events from outside can providentially awaken the enterprise
from its growing torpor, and demonstrate the need for reversal, as the devastating Japanese attack on Pearl
Harbor in 1941 so effectively aroused the U.S. from its soothing dreams of permanent neutrality."
"One can only hope that we turn the region into a cauldron, and faster, please."
"Paradoxically, preserving liberty may require the rule of a single leader-a dictator-willing to use those
dreaded `extraordinary measures, which few know how, or are willing, to employ."
I've seen some "extraordinary measures" implemented, far more than I'd have liked to have seen.
The 9/11 terrorists attack is the most influential event of this last half century. The controversies that loom
around these attacks are shocking.
One piece of evidence Mr. Shelton presents is the improbability of a steel framed sky scraper being downed
by an airliner crash. If the building were the Empire State Building, he would have been correct, as the outer
walls of that skyscraper are indeed steel framed. The world trade center towers, on the other hand, had an
inner core of steel, and the outer walls were really not much more than curtains dropped from the frame
cantilevered out from the central core. This was explained in detail shortly after the event, and irony of ironies,
there is even a video of Osama bin Laden's explaining how he expected the towers to fall the way they did
because of that construction. In that very same video, it is quite obvious that bin Laden is delighting in the fact
that he and his organization in fact planned and executed the attack. Another piece of evidence is the complete absence of videos of the plane crashing into the Pentagon, in
contrast to the many films of the World Trade Center attacks. This is not convincing, as the Pentagon is
relatively isolated from large crowds with lots of video cell phones and the like, while downtown Manhattan is
probably newshound central, with a very high probability that a dozen or more cameras would catch the event,
and they did. The premise that the attack could not have been made by a commercial jetliner, and was,
instead done by a drone plane is simply too improbable for words. First, where did that jetliner, with the loss
of over 60 passengers actually crash, if not into the Pentagon. One serious flaw in the author's argument is a faith that anything which appears on the internet somehow has
the stamp of truth on it. I suspect exactly the opposite is true. Since anyone, at any time, can post statements
on both a web site of their own creation or on a public web site such as Wikipedia or, can we believe it,
Amazon.com means that you quote from the internet at your own risk, unless it happens to be a site such as
`The New York Times' site, where published material is edited and checked for accuracy.
Too many historical and technical facts are simply wrong, such as the statement that TNT is an ingredient in
cordite (they are two different types of explosives), and that the `neo-conservative' movement somehow
started with Averill Harriman and other Kennedy era `cold warriors'. I may be wrong, but I'm virtually certain
that the thing which most people call `neo-conservatism' was born among the supporters of Ronald Reagan
during his Presidency. It's fun to see how Mr. Shelton manages to bring in virtually every pie-eyed conspiracy theory of the last 50
years, while ignoring the one TRUE conspiracy, Watergate!

only to counter balance any preconceived views you might have on the subject. Clearly, there is more to the
9/11 story than is being portrayed in mainstream media.
This DVD systematically and logically covers the power blackout that turned off the security camaras and
access devices, the withdrawal of the bomb-sniffing dogs, the heavy dust each morning in the days
preceeding 9-11, the secondary explosions that strongly suggest a planned demolition of three buildings
(one of them, WTC 7, not hit at all), and--quite interesting--the asbestos problem that made the buildings, built
in the 1960's--a real loser unaffordable to fix or take down. 9-11 was literally a $7 billion bonanza for its
owners, at one stroke destroying the bulk of the complex to be cleaned up at taxpayer expense, and paying a
DOUBLE insurance premium (in court, the claims that the two airplanes were two separate incidents rather
than one coordinated attack, doubled the money paid out by the insurance companies). Bottom line: I think
the US Government "let it happen" for its own reasons, and Larry Silverman was tipped off and it was Larry
Silverman, not the US Government, that brought the buildings down. If this is obvious to me after a cursory
examination of public materials, I have to ask myself: 1) how much did Rudy Guliani get for scooping and
dumping to destroy the crime scene? and 2) is the insurance company part of the scam, or just stupid?
I have to say, on the basis of all my reading and my own past experience as a professional intelligence
officer, that I am certain of one thing: this has not been properly investigated; and I am fairly certain of a
second thing: 9-11 was known to be happening by a handful in the US Government and a handful in Israel as
well as Pakistan, and it was welcomed as a cataclysmic event that would also be financially profitable to
another handful. All of the suspicious activity began when Larry Silverman took possession of the complex.
Although I am less inclined to believe--without a proper investigation--that 9-11 was in fact made to happen at
the instigation of Dick Cheney among others, I do believe there is enough evidence about neo-conservative
views that such an event was needed, to *demand* a public investigation. The 9-11 Commission was a
whitewash, actually criminal in its negligence.

used in all types of controlled demolitions. There is already a growing number of physicists who are looking
into these matters and are coming to the same conclusions, that the only way these towers could have

First, the producers of LOOSE CHANGE endow the Bush Administration with a level of intelligence which
would render them capable of formulating and then carrying out in absolute secrecy a huge, coordinated, and
successful plan to disrupt the very Military-Industrial Complex that they control. This is the same bureaucracy
that can't manage to mail out a universal tax stimulus check without losing tens of thousands of them. The
existence of such intelligence among them is a condition for which there is no proof.
Second, the creators of LOOSE CHANGE are not structural engineers, nor aircraft engineers, and their
criticism that the mass of wreckage at the crash sites doesn't match the mass of the destroyed planes
doesn't hold up in the face of physics. Immense kinetic energy was generated by the crashes, energy which
vaporized the planes, the people, and critical portions of the massive structures of the World Trade Center
and The Pentagon as though they were struck by a supernova. Simply put, the usual remnant evidence of a
random plane crash is a chaos of flaming, twisted wreckage, but few plane crashes match these: Prior to
9/11, fully-laden jets were never intentionally aimed at and rammed into targets at 500 mph or more. The
physical consequences of such collisions are something previously never seen. To say what should or
shouldn't have occurred requires a level of omniscience these boys will never have.
They tackle everything from the late start of the actual investigation to the omission of key events such as
the beautiful and clean collapse of Building 7; they even go so far as to dig up flight history reports and voice
pattern analyses of the alleged callers from the doomed flights.
The book suggests that the 9/11 attacks were self-inflicted: a covert operation aimed at influencing domestic
opinion and to persuade Americans to support the invasions of Afghanistan and of Iraq. It is written in a
speculative style, laden with terms such as "could", "might", "maybe" and "if",[1] and does not directly accuse
the Central Intelligence Agency of direct responsibility for the attacks.[2] It does, however, attempt to
demolish the "conventional" account of the 9/11 attacks, and while it does not build up a substantive account
to replace it, it leaves insinuations and rumours to suggest possibilities. For instance, while it is argued that
such well-organized attacks could only occur with "the support of the intelligence agencies", the exact details
of that support are left unspecified. The book suggests that no plane crashed into The Pentagon and none in
Pennsylvania on 9/11, and that the alleged mobile phone calls on United Airlines Flight 93 were not real. [1]
It states that the theory of the Arab hijackers was created by the CIA, and that these Arabs may not even have
been aware that the planes were going to crash. Seven of the alleged hijackers are claimed in the book to
have been found alive and well after the attacks. The book explores the possibility that the various aircraft
could have been remote-controlled. It cites observations in support of the theory that the collapse of the World

In a full-page interview with the Sunday edition (Jan. 13) of the Berlin Tagesspiegel daily, former German
Minister of Technology, Andreas von Buelow, said he does not buy any of the official theories that have been
presented to date, on the events of September 11.
The apparent failure of the U.S. Administration including its 26 secret agencies with an annual budget of $30
billion, to come up with any convincing assessment, was one big problem that von Buelow addressed, in
quite some detail.
He then addressed the role of the official "brainwashing of the Western mass democracies" on the Sept. 11
issue, in promoting the new enemy image of "Islamic terrorism," along lines developed earlier, by senior
advisors of the U.S. Administration:
"I am not the origin of the idea of the enemy image. It originates with Zbigniew Brzezinski and Samuel
Huntington, two pioneers of American secret intelligence and foreign policies.
"Already in the mid-1990s, Huntington opined that people in Europe and the USA needed someone they
could hate -- that would strengthen the identification with their own society. And Brzezinski, that mad dog,
already at his time as advisor to President Jimmy Carter, campaigned for the sole right of the USA to all the
world's raw materials, especially crude oil and natural gas."
Von Buelow also addressed the role of Brzezinski, personally, in setting up the afghani operation of armed
"Islamic" guerilla warfare against the USSR Afghanistan invasion in and after 1979 -- the Taliban being
generated by the same operation, after all.
As for the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks as such, von Buelow remarked: "Planning the attacks was a master
deed, in technical and organizational terms. To hijack four big airliners within a few minutes and fly them into
targets within a single hour and doing so on complicated flight routes! That is unthinkable, without backing
from the secret apparatuses of state and industry."
He added that laying false tracks of investigation has been an accompanying feature of covert operations
ever since they have been launched by influential agencies, so that he is convinced that the full truth behind
Sept. 11 still has to be sought.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Question: You seem so angry, really upset. Andreas Von Buelow: I can explain what's bothering me: I see that after the horrifying attacks of Sept. 11, all
political public opinion is being forced into a direction that I consider wrong. Q: What do you mean by that? Von Buelow: I wonder why many questions are not asked. Normally, with such a terrible thing, various leads
and tracks appear that are then commented on, by the investigators, the media, the government: Is there
something here or not? Are the explanations plausible? This time, this is not the case at all. It already began
just hours after the attacks in New York and Washington and -- Q: In those hours, there was horror, and grief. Von Buelow: Right, but actually it was astounding: There are 26 intelligence services in the U.S.A. with a
budget of $30 billion-- Q: More than the German defense budget. Von Buelow: --which were not able to prevent the attacks. In fact, they didn't even have an inkling they would
happen. For 60 decisive minutes, the military and intelligence agencies let the fighter planes stay on the
ground, 48 hours later, however, the FBI presented a list of suicide attackers. Within ten days, it emerged that
seven of them were still alive. Q: What, please? Von Buelow: Yes, yes. And why did the FBI chief take no position regarding contradictions? Where the list
came from, why it was false? If I were the chief investigator (state attorney) in such a case, I would regularly
go to the public, and give information on which leads are valid and which not. Q: The U.S. government talked about an emergency situation after the attacks: They said they were in a war.
Is it not understandable that one does not tell the enemy everything one knows about him? Von Buelow: Naturally. But a government which goes to war, must first establish who the attacker, the enemy,
is. It has a duty to provide evidence. According to its own admission, it has not been able to present any
evidence that would hold up in court. Q: Some information on the perpetrators has been proven with documents. The suspected leader,
Mohammad Atta, left Portland for Boston on the morning of Sept. 11, in order to board the plane that later hit
the World Trade Center Von Buelow: If this Atta was the decisive man in the operation, it's really strange that he took such a risk of
taking a plane that would reach Boston such a short time before the connecting flight. Had his flight been a
few minutes late, he would not have been in the plane that was hijacked. Why should a sophisticated terrorist
do this? One can, by the way, read on CNN (Internet) that none of these names were on the official
passenger lists. None of them had gone through the check-in procedures. And why did none of the
threatened pilots give the agreed-upon code 7700 over the [Steuerknueppel: STEERING NOB?] to the
ground station? In addition: The black boxes which are fire and shock proof, as well as the voice recordings,
contain no valuable data-- Q: That sounds like-- Von Buelow: --like assailants who, in their preparations, leave tracks behind them like a herd of stampeding
elephants? They made payments with credit cards with their own names; they reported to their flight
instructors with their own names. They left behind rented cars with flight manuals in Arabic for jumbo jets.
They took with them, on their suicide trip, wills and farewell letters, which fall into the hands of the FBI,
because they were stored in the wrong place and wrongly addressed. Clues were left like behind like in a
child's game of hide-and-seek, which were to be followed!

According to this, the steering of the planes was perhaps taken out of the pilots' hands, from outside.
The Americans had developed a method in the 1970s, whereby they could rescue hijacked planes by
intervening into the computer piloting [automatic pilot system]. This theory says, this technique was abused in
this case. That's a theory.... Q: Which sounds really adventurous, and was never considered. Von Buelow: You see! I do not accept this theory, but I find it worth considering. And what about the obscure
stock transactions? In the week prior to the attacks, the amount of transactions in stocks in American
Airlines, United Airlines, and insurance companies, increased 1,200%. It was for a value of $15 billion. Some
people must have known something. Who? Q: Why don't you speculate on who it might have been. Von Buelow: With the help of the horrifying attacks, the Western mass democracies were subjected to
brainwashing. The enemy image of anti-communism doesn't work any more; it is to be replaced by peoples
of Islamic belief. They are accused of having given birth to suicidal terrorism. Q: Brainwashing? That's a tough term. Von Buelow: Yes? But the idea of the enemy image doesn't come from me. It comes from Zbigniew
Brzezinski and Samuel Huntington, two policy-makers of American intelligence and foreign policy. Already in
the middle of he 1990s, Huntingon believed, people in Europe and the U.S. needed someone they could

reserves.'' Von Buelow: I can state: the planning of the attacks was technically and organizationally a master
achievement. To hijack four huge airplanes within a few minutes and within one hour, to drive them into their
targets, with complicated flight maneuvers! This is unthinkable, without years-long support from secret
apparatuses of the state and industry. Q: You are a conspiracy theorist! Von Buelow: Yeah, yeah. That's the ridicule heaped [on those raising these questions] by those who would
prefer to follow the official, politically correct line. Even investigative journalists are fed propaganda and
disinformation. Anyone who doubts that, doesn't have all his marbles! That is your accusation. Q: Your career actually speaks against the idea that you are not in your right mind. You were already in the
1970s, state secretary in the Defense Ministry; in 1993 you were the SPD [Social Democratic Party] speaker
in the Schalk-Golodkowski investigation committee-- Von Buelow: And it all began there! Until that time, I did not have any great knowledge of the work of
intelligence agencies. And now we had to take note of a great discrepancy: We shed light on the dealings of
the Stasi and other East bloc intelligence agencies in the field of economic criminality, but as soon as we
wanted to know something about the activities of the BND [German intelligence] or the CIA, it was
mercilessly blocked. No information, no cooperation, nothing! That's when I was first taken aback. Q: Schalck-Golodkowski mediated, among other things, various business deals abroad. When you looked
at his case more closely-- Von Buelow: We found, for example, a clue in Rostock, where Schalck organized his weapons depot. Well,
then we happened upon an affiliation of Schalck in Panama, and then we happened upon Manuel Noriega,
who was for many years President, drug dealer, and money launderer, all in one, right? And this Noriega was
also on the payroll of the CIA, for $200,000 a year. These were things that really made me curious. Q: You wrote a book on the dealings of the CIA and Co. In the meantime, you have become an expert
regarding the strange things related to intelligence services' work. Von Buelow: ``Strange things'' is the wrong term. What has gone on, and goes on, in the name of intelligence
services, are true crimes. Q: What would you say determines the work of intelligence services? Von Buelow: So that we don't have any misunderstandings: I find that it makes sense to have intelligence
services.... Q: You don't think much of the earlier proposals by the Greens, who wanted to dismantle these agencies? Von Buelow: No. It is right to take a look behind the scenes. Getting intelligence about the intentions of an
enemy, makes sense. It is important when one tries to put oneself into the mind of the enemy. Whoever wants
to understand the CIA's methods, has to deal with its main tasks, covert operations: below the level of war,
and outside international law, foreign states are to be influenced, by organizing insurrections, terrorist
attacks, usually combined with drugs and weapons trade, and money laundering. This is essentially very
simple: One arms violent people with weapons. Since, however, it must not under any circumstances come
out, that there is an intelligence agency behind it, all traces are erased, with tremendous deployment of
resources.
I have the impression that this kind of intelligence agency spends 90% of its time this way: creating false
leads. So that, if anyone suspects the collaboration of the agencies, he is accused of the sickness of
conspiracy madness. The truth often comes out only years later. CIA chief Allen Dulles once said: In case of
doubt, I would even lie to the Congress! Q: The American journalist Seymour M. Hersh, wrote in the New Yorker, that even some people in the CIA
and government assumed, that certain leads had been laid in order to confuse the investigators. Who, Herr
von Buelow, would have done this? Von Buelow: I don't know that either. How should I? I simply use my common sense, and-- See: The terrorists
behaved in such a way to attract attention. And as practicing Muslims, they were in a strip-tease bar, and,
drunken, stuck dollar bills into the panty of the dancer. Q: Things like that also happen. Von Buelow: It may be. As a lone fighter, I cannot prove anything, that's beyond my capabilities. I have real
difficulties, however, to imagine that all this all sprung out of the mind of an evil man in his cave. Q: Mr. von Buelow, you yourself say that you are alone in your criticism. Formerly, you were part of the
political establishment, now you are an outsider. Von Buelow: That is a problem sometimes, but one gets used to it. By the way, I know a lot of people,
including very influential ones, who agree with me, but only in whispers, never publicly. Q: Do you still have contact with old SPD companions, such as Egon Bahr and former Chancellor Helmut
Schmidt? Von Buelow: There are no close contacts any more. I wanted to go to the last SPD party congress, but I was
sick. Q: Can it be, Mr. von Buelow, that you are a mouthpiece for typical anti-Americanism? Von Buelow: Nonsense, this has absolutely nothing to do with anti-Americanism. I am a great admirer of this
great, open, free society, and always have been. I studied in the U.S. Q: How did you get the idea that there could be a link between the attacks and the American intelligence
agencies? Von Buelow: Do you remember the first attack on the WorldTrade Center in 1993? Q: Six people were killed and over a thousand wounded, by a bomb explosion. Von Buelow: In the middle was the bombmaker, a former Egyptian officer. He had pulled together some
Muslims for the attack. They were snuck into the country by the CIA, despite a State Department ban on their
entry. At the same time, the leader of the band was an FBI informant.
And he made a deal with the authorities: At the last minute, the dangerous explosive material would be
replaced by a harmless powder.
The FBI did not stick to the deal. The bomb exploded, so to speak, with the knowledge of the FBI. The official
story of the crime was quickly found: The criminals were evil Muslims. Q: At the time Soviet soldiers marched into Afghanistan, you were in the cabinet of Helmut Schmidt. What
was it like? Von Buelow: The Americans pushed for trade sanctions, they demanded the boycott of the Olympic games
in Moscow.... Q: .... which the German government followed... Von Buelow: And today we know: It was the strategy of the American security adviser, Zbigniew Brzezinski,
to destabilize the Soviet Union from neighboring Muslim countries They lured the Russians into Afghanistan,
and then prepared for them a hell on earth, their Vietnam. With decisive support of the U.S. intelligence
agencies, at least 30,000 Muslim fighters were trained in Afghanistan and Pakistan, a bunch of good-for-
nothings and fanatics who were, and still are today, ready for anything.
And one of them is Osama bin Laden. I wrote years ago: ` `It was out of this brood, that the Taliban grew up in
Afghanistan, who had been brought up in the Koran schools financed by American and Saudi funds, the
Taliban who are now terrorizing the country and destroying it Q: Even though you say, for the U.S. it was a matter of raw materials in the region, the starting point for the
U.S. aggression, was the terrorist attack which cost thousands of human lives. Von Buelow: Completely true. One must always keep this gruesome act in mind. Nonetheless, in the analysis
of political processes, I am allowed to look and see who has advantages and disadvantages, and what is
coincidental. When in doubt, it is always worthwhile to take a look at a map, where are raw materials
resources, and the routes to them? Then lay a map of civil wars and conflicts on top of that --they coincide.
The same is the case with the third map: nodal points of the drug trade.
Where this all comes together, the American intelligence services are not far away. By the way, the Bush
family is linked to oil, gas, and weapons trade, through the bin Laden family. Q: What do you think of the Bin Laden films? Von Buelow: When one is dealing with intelligence services, one can imagine manipulations of the highest
quality. Hollywood could provide these techniques. I consider the videos inappropriate as evidence. Q: You believe the CIA is capable of anything, [wouldn't stop at anything]. Von Buelow: The CIA, in the state interests of the U.S., does not have to abide by any law in interventions
abroad, is not bound by international law; only the President gives orders.
And when funds are cut, peace is on the horizon, then a bomb explodes somewhere. Thus it is proven, that
you can't do without the intelligence services; and that the critics are nuts, as Father Bush called them, Bush
who was once CIA head and President.
You have to see that the U.S. spends $30 billion on intelligence services, and $13 billion on anti-drug work.
And what comes out of it?
The chief of a special unit of the strategic anti-drug work declared, in despair, after 30 years of service, that
in every big, important drug case, the CIA came in and took it out of my hands. (Rosalinda: Michael Levin) Q: Do you criticize the German government for its reaction after Sept. 11? Von Buelow: No. To assume that the government were independent in these questions, would be naive. Q: Herr von Buelow, what will you do now? Von Buelow: Nothing. My task is concluded by saying, it could not have been that way [according to the

Alex Jones: All right my friends. We are already into the third and final hour of this global transmission against
tyranny. And, in the last hour we had Hutton Gibson, expert on the New World Order and of course father of
Mel Gibson, on talking about the different key issues. In this hour, we are joined by Andreas von Bulow and
he was the federal Minister of Defense, or the equivalent of our Secretary of Defense, been in the German
government since the 70s. And up until just a few years ago he was also the Minister of Technology and he
has written a book that according to Reuters is the best seller in Germany that translates into ?9 11 and the
CIA.? And he?s not the only German minister who has said we are looking at world fascism here and a
powerful military industrial complex institution engineering terror attacks to scare us into submission. And,
Andre von Bulow, err Andreas von Bulow, we are so honored to have a man of your stature and obvious
intelligence and your courage on this show. Thank you for joining us.
Andreas von Bulow: Hello and it?s wonderful speaking, yes.
AJ: Uh, we?re going to break here in a few minutes and come back in a longer segment but for those who
just joined us, tell us a little bit more about yourself and your book please.
AvB: Well I...I have spent over twenty-five years in politics and now I am out. And in the end I was Minister of
Technology before I was Secretary of Defense. Then I had to deal in a commission on East-West
transactions about the secret service of East Germany. And this was very interesting inside story because of
the Western side doing deals violating the laws in Eastern Eur, err, East Germany, European Community and
the United States. It was always two parts dealing with East and West and this bought me a lot of insights in
the secret service business.
AJ: And in fact I remember reading about the huge investigations you did that was massive international
headlines concerning the Stasi and how different governments had actually been working with these people.
If you would like you are of course welcome to get into that as well. Again folks, the equivalent secretary of
defense, minister of defense of Germany, and of course technology, the head of that. Just absolutely
amazing. Your best selling book, and I wish there was an English translation because I would certainly buy
one. My wife does read German. But please, tell us about your book.
AvB: Well I was writing another book and then 9 11 happened. And it was strange to me watching- we all
were horrified what was going on and said well that?s impossible, how could a crew of people manage do
such horrible things? At the first hours, we didn?t know who was it, then within hours it came out that probably
Usama bin Laden and Al Qaeda was behind it. And then within two or three days these 19 people came out.
And my objection was- my looking at it- to whom does it bring good? And I found out that it is rather
damaging to the Islamic world and perhaps it might be not only be a terrorist attack but perhaps it might be a
covert operation. I watched the scenery, what was going on, what the American government-
AJ: Minister, minister, we?ve got to break; we?ll be back in three minutes. Absolutely, we?ll go into this in
great detail. We are honored to have you. We?re talking to Andreas von Bulow. We?ll be back. (Fade to

AJ: That?s right my friends it?s eight minutes ten seconds into this 3rd hour of global transmission. I am so
honored to have on Andreas von Bulow former German defense minister, head of their defense department
and of course until just a few years ago, head of their technology system which is, that is a very high level
post, just as high level as defense minister there in Deutschland. And he?s written a best selling book and
I?ve read some quotes out of it that have been translated into English. And the title translated is ?911 and
the CIA.? And he lays out the evidence of the military-industrial complex carrying out the attacks. Also we
have lined up Michael Micher. And he of course was the English environmental minister who resigned over
Tony Blair?s fraud. He has written articles saying that if they didn?t carry it out, they certainly funded and
allowed them to take place. So, if you?ve got a brain, it?s clear, and Mr. von Bulow, very intelligent individual
has gone over this. So, sir, you?ve said that on the day of the event you began to look at it, you began to
research it. And, from your specific expertise in intelligence and military and technology, you know heading
up entire sectors of the world?s third largest economy. Please discuss for us your research and how you
wrote the book and what really happened on 9 11.
AvB: Err, 9 11, I just watched the scenery. And I said there must have- gone something very [wrong]. I
watched the TV for example and in the same minute that the TV showed the planes driving into the World
Trade Center, you found these Palestinians dancing and laughing. And a few days later one could find out
that this was fake. It was made by a TV crew of the defense ministry in Israel and they gave candies to the
people and they laughed about it. And, nobody told it. And the question for me was who brought this TV stuff
right in time into the national networks like CNN and CBS and so on and so on. And then we look for the, the
story came out that this had been done by bin Laden and his Al-Qaeda and these 19 people of Muslim
background, which did this. And you could watch the Persian journalist, and nobody showed up. Not one
Arabic name was showing up there. And then one is interested to see video because all these 19
passengers must have passed the video, a lot of video cameras in Dallas, and New York, and Logan in
Boston, and Portland in the North. You don?t get this stuff. And then we?re looking for the black boxes and
we don?t get them. And the story how these, these World Trade Center buildings broke down, they were
constructed against an approach by airplanes. And, the firemen of New York, they were able to come to the
floor where the fires were burning, and they said, the fire commander said he needed two teams, small, to
fight these fires and then it?s finished. So the heat, it is impossible that the heat was as high as it has been
written in the papers and in all the media.AJ: And then, and then the feds declared that all firefighter tapes malfunctioned, turns out that wasn?t true;
we?ve got copies of them. And it did say that the firefighters said the fires were out or almost out. There is
video of people standing in the holes of the buildings with no fire around them. And we?re going to go over
the evidence that?s in your book, sir, and why you came to these educated conclusions.
AvB: Yeah.AJ: But, first I want to ask you: have you heard the new developments, the owner of the World Trade Center
slipped up on TV and said that they blew Building Seven up. The forty-seven story building that wasn?t even
hit by an aircraft. This just broke two weeks ago, have you heard this?AvB: Sure, I have heard this. I follow the whole scenery. Normally, it?s coming out in Germany, but it?s
coming out in your country. It?s a fascinating background to, to do research via Internet because all this stuff
is broadly spread over the Internet. So it?s very easy to follow, but in the main media you don?t get to hear
about this.
AJ: Well tell you what, later this hour, it?s only three minutes of audio clips, we will air from the PBS
documentary ?America Rebuilding,? where they admit they blew up WTC 7. Now, that?s important because
they said that building fell from fire even though it wasn?t hit by a plane. And now, he slips up and says we
decided to demolish it on 9-11, but then the mainstream media just ignores that. This is a public admission,
sir.
AvB: Yeah, yeah especially that the CIA headquarters in New York was in, was within this building. I think the-
how do you call it- the emergency center for the governor, the major, err, mayor was-
AJ: Mayor and governor.
AvB: -mayor was in this building. So, it was not hit by a plane, and the fire was very low. And the surrounding
steel constructions were left over and didn?t collapse. But, the Building 7 collapsed in late afternoon at 5 o?
clock I think.
AJ: Well, from our internal sources, they were running the attacks sir, out of the building and so conveniently
got rid of the evidence in one fell swoop.AvB: This is one theory, it might be. It?s convincing but one has to get the whole proof. But the problem is
that the elements for proof are destroyed.
AJ: Also-AvB: You will find them in Japanese cars and in ships of the American Navy.
AJ: Also, sir, we have NORAD standing down for an hour and twenty five minutes but when we had the golfer
Payne Stewart went off course for fifteen minutes, he was surrounded in eighteen minutes by five F-16s so
why did NORAD stand down?AvB: Well, this is a big question because it happened in 2001 more than 60 times. That, fighter[s] went up to
clear what has been done to airplanes that showed some irregularities. At 9 11, four planes for two hours
were able to drive around, fly around even one hour in the direction going toward the west and then turn
around and then comeback. The military air force was not able to interdict them. It?s [un]imaginable. And
the whole story is totally unclear what happened between the Federal Aviation Agency (Administration) and
NORAD.
AJ: Absolutely, now I don?t know if you?ve seen the associated press but the CIA was running a drill 15 miles
from the World Trade Center that day of flying jets into buildings in New York and DC. My internal sources
inside the Pentagon, the lawyers who represent them have said on this show that they were told to stand
down because it was quote ?just a drill.? That?s how you get the good military to stand down; you tell them
it?s just a drill. And, that drill was going on at 830 in the morning. Is that not obvious, sir?
AvB: It?s quite obvious, yeah. It?s quite, it?s so strange and the most strange thing for me is that after two
years you don?t have a white book which is documenting everything. If you are looking for the timetable for
example you have to make a medium between two or three or five newspapers and radio and TV
announcements. So everything is unclear. On the other hand, the American government is running as the call
it a world war against possibly sixty nations without really showing the background of 9/11. It?s- for me, it?s
impossible.
AJ: Now by that they admit that nine of the nineteen hijackers, the BBC says seven but it?s nine, are still alive.
Bin Laden has not been convicted, bin Laden is known CIA, you?ve got [George H. W.] Bush meeting with
the head bin Laden that morning in DC at the Ritz Carleton, you?ve got the General of Pakistan, the head of
their intelligence, meeting with the House and Senate chairs of the intelligence committee at 8:30 that
morning, his second trip in his life to the United States. You?ve got the FBI paying for the houses, the cars,
the credit cards of the supposed hijackers. I mean, sir, you start- you?ve got public officials, Mayor Willie
Brown, Joint Chiefs of Staff told not to fly to New York that day. That?s all admitted; what do you say to that?
AvB: Well, it?s all admitted. So for me, since the official version- it?s not credible at all, it?s totally incredible.
The second solution for me is a covert operation. And this is a way to influence, to brainwash the American
people into long, long, ongoing conflict with the Muslim world and all that you get to, for example the oil
companies, the last oil reserves which we need for the next decades before the oil age is going out. And
probably behind this is a geopolitical thinking that finally China has to be taken out. China is too big and you
have to be able to- this is put down in the New American Century, which has been written by a lot of people
who are now in government like Cheney, like Rumsfeld and others.
AJ: And now, sir, we?ve got to break. We?re going to get into the Project for a New American Century and
Operation Northwoods. Were you aware of a US government plan to carry out 9 11 style attacks?
AvB: You mean, Northwoods?
AJ: Yes, sir.
AvB: Yeah sure I know.
AJ: Is that not a key piece of evidence?
AvB: Well, this is a key piece, a key piece of evidence of the thinking of probably the military in dialogue with
politics. Probably, I think Kennedy decided not to do it but I think it was, it was all of the-

continuing with you waking up to what happened on 9 11 and researching it, what are some of the other key
points that clearly show that it is impossible that these nineteen people did this; we know that is a fraud. It is
a conspiracy theory to say that they did it alone. From your intensive research and your understanding of
high-level government activities, what do you think really happened on 9 11?
AvB: Well, nobody can prove what happened 9 11 directly because it has been a covert operation and you
don?t find proof; you will find only indications. And one of the indications- the indication that everything is
right with these nineteen people and Usama bin Laden is that the government is free to show all the prove
that is on the table that is on the street that lays on the ground of the World Trade Center and so on and so
on. If you have a covert operation the probability is always that the leftover pieces of proof are taken away
immediately and a lot of secrecy, a band of secrecy, has taken over everything. And, this has happened with
9 11.
AJ: And that also happened- where you aware the New York Times and Chicago Tribune reported this in ?
93, the FBI cooked the bomb and trained the driver[s] and had an Egyptian security agent doing it for them,
had two retarded Muslims, literally retarded, drive the truck and park it, let the bombing go forward. At
Oklahoma City, the same company that destroyed the remnants of the World Trade Center, blew up the
remnants of Oklahoma City [and] had that buried under machine gun guard at a private landfill to this day.
And they hauled the rubble away from the W T C to China! They wouldn?t let you take photographs. Yes,
exactly.
AvB: Yeah, then at the beginning the engineers weren?t allowed to go up to the steel truss [debris] and had a
lot of problems- there was very scarce money. And you know, to clear up the story with Bill Clinton and
Monica Lewinsky, the Republican majority gave out sixty million dollars, I think it?s seventy now, and they
started out with 600 000 dollars to try to figure out what happened on 9 11. And, they were taken away from
doing research and so on and so on and they are upset. And, Fire Engineer Magazine said it was totally
unbelievable what happened with this examination of 9 11.
AJ: Well, they say it was a criminal cover up and now, sir, we?ve turned into a police state. They can secretly
arrest citizens, secretly execute us. They are building admitted prison camps all over the country, this is in
our news. We?re turning into something like the Soviet Union here.
AvB: Well, I can?t comment on this but what?s going on in Guantanamo is like that. I think the problem is that
if you put people, who ever you like in Guantanamo in Cuba, you take them away for one or two years without
letting a lawyer to them, without showing them what you are reprising to them, without having contact from
their family- they tell in all court processes what the FBI is wanting from them-
AJ: Well, sir-
AvB: And so you get fake evidence from these kinds of people, if you behave like that.
AJ: And sir, sir. Our mainstream news says that torture is good and they say they are torturing people, that?s
the Washington Post. Is that a concern that our government now admits it?s torturing?
AvB: Well, I?m informed- I don?t know whether they are torturing, keeping them is a kind of a torture, but I am
told there is an agreement with a lot of states to put these people to Egypt and other states where torture is
accepted and is done and you get the final outcome of this torture and you can produce this in front of
German courts and American courts and try to bring about final judgment.

3139. Now, going back to Andreas von Bulow, sir, we were talking during the break and I said what are
some of the other key points that you would like to go over. You mentioned the CIA and insider trading and
the Anthrax attacks. Please discuss it.
AvB: Well, the insider trading, everybody knows that there [was] news about insider trading. I think altogether
fifteen billion dollars. And, there was speculation about going down, of United Airlines and American
Airlines; both airlines which were attacked by 9 11 and other things. So, normally you could find out because
I think the American- the CIA together with the financial department, the Treasury, they developed this ?
watching the markets to find out speculation about going on terrorist attacks. So, they could immediately find
out if there were something going on- and they could find out. And, in this case, they- 9 11- the NSA people
which are the guys watching via satellites the whole of the transactions going on, on Earth, they said, they told
the people to destroy the tapes. They had tapes about this interior trading and they said they had to destroy
them so they are not any longer proof.
AJ: Now again, interior trading that?s a good term for it, insider trading. So again, insider trading or interior
trading going on here and fifteen billion dollars, I think that?s a low estimate. It came out the first week,
Germany reported on it, France reported on it, the US, ?we?re going to catch them!? Record put options
against United and American; not against other airlines but specifically against these and it leads back to the
CIA and suddenly they destroy the evidence. Again, again another smoking gun. Then, you get into anthrax
attacks; Bush on Cipro, the most weaponized anthrax ever seen. Tell us about that.
AvB: Well, there the question just is who has the responsibility for this! You know, it overlaid the whole public
debate of what was the background and reason for 9 11 for weeks because these attacks were going on for
weeks and weeks and weeks. And, finally nothing came out. We have no report on who was responsible,
who did it and this again is amazing. I think it belongs probably to the cover up of the psychological cover-up
of the whole scenery. And then, the vice-President and the President asking Congress not to go into too
much detail about the background of 9 11. What does this mean? And until now it?s what the President
knew before 9 11 is a total secret. I think there is no secret service around the world which gave no hints to
the American secret service community, the CIA, the DIA and so on and so on. They did nothing out of it.
The most disturbing thing is that these guys that knew about something in coming up 9 11, were cutout
before. I mean the local level of the FBI offices, they knew quite a lot and they tried to force the central
organization to go into the details about Arabs taking lessons in flight schools and so on. And, the guy who
decided on top, I think the second man who was in the FBI he [said] ?no we don?t do this? and he got
promoted after 9 11.
AJ: By the way, the US embassies that allowed supposed Al- Qaeda back in got record cash bonuses. The
FBI agents who ordered other FBI agents not to stop Al-Qaeda, they go bonuses. Bush signed W199I
months before 9 11 ordering FBI not to stop Al-Qaeda. They threatened to arrest FBI Robert Wright if he tells
us what he knows. I?ve interviewed his lawyer David Schippers who knew about the attacks beforehand. He
went to Bush; Bush wouldn?t talk to him, Ashcroft wouldn?t talk to him. And you said something very astute,
sir, you talked about the anthrax being a psychological cover-up of the scenery. That is, all these questions
coming out in the early days about 9 11 got blacked out by the anthrax attacks and that?s absolutely why that
happened. We?ve tracked that back to Fort Detrick, Maryland. And they said it wasn?t weaponized anthrax,
it turned out it was the most weaponized ever seen.
AvB: Yeah, that?s absolutely correct and the wars which were reasoned to be fights against terrorism, the
war against Afghanistan to put out the Taliban it was decided long before and I think in June before 9 11.
The Afghanistan government- no, the Pakistan government and the Indian government [were] told there would
be an intervention in October.
AJ: Also, 44 000 US troops, 18 000 US troops were in Tajikistan and Uzbekistan, Bush had the battle launch
orders on his desk two days before 9 11.
AvB: That?s exact, that?s exactly-
AJ: And sir, I want to digress back to torture for a minute because you have been, you?ve impressed by, I
mean you know so much about this, you?ve researched it so well- On the torture issue, General Rick Baucus
quit Guantanamo because he quote ?refused to torture the people there? and the CIA section chief bragged
in the Washington Post that they fly them to foreign countries and then the CIA tortures them themselves so
they do admit the torture.
AvB: (Pause) Sure. I can?t comment on this [but] it?s obvious; all the court proceedings against for example
against Moussaui I think it was the 20th nominally- it was supposed in each aircraft to have five hijackers and
this one was taken into prison by the FBI. I think the process was made in Alexandria, Virginia and I think the
judge said that if you don?t give the proof [of] these guys who are running Al- Qaeda and give these people
for cross-examination then I can deliver a judgment. The same is true in Germany; we have people who are
related to Al-Qaeda-and probably Al-Qaeda is an artificial, err, [de]nomination of-
AJ: CIA fiction.
AvB:- a ruse of elements of Islamic people. In Hamburg, the trials are failing because the American
government is not delivering the proof.
AJ: Absolutely and look, we?ve had military officers and many others on, it is clear that Al Qaeda is a CIA
creation. A foggy boogie man so the military-industrial complex can carry out attacks and then pin it on them
and I mean we know when bin Laden blows up a building supposedly, our government pays his family to
rebuild it.
AvB: Yeah.
AJ: I mean there?s the payoff right out in the open.
AvB: Yeah, the whole background of- the whole personalities like bin Laden, like Al Qaeda, like Taliban, even
Saddam Hussein, these are all figures that were handled by the CIA in former times. So probably they are
recycled in the system now as bad guys. Before, they were the good guys taking away the Russians out of
Afghanistan and dealing with this, getting money for this, getting paid for this now they are used as bad guys.
Usama bin Laden has been, in ?95, in the Balkans in an operation the Americans were with the UKG in
Albania. You find these guys all over; you find these guys in Chechnya for example. There are also ?former
Afghanis? as they are called and they are [driven] in loaded planes of the CIA for example.
AJ: Absolutely so they provide the crisis so Big Brother could provide the police state solution. Andreas von
Bulow it is clear that if we do not expose at least who stands to gain from this terror and who was involved in
it, that is the large financial interests that own our government, they are going to be able to use America as
the engine of quote imperial mobilization and world domination. As ZbigniewBrzezinski and the PNAC documents said, how important is it to expose this for the future of free humanity?
AvB: I think it?s, for everybody outside of the United States it?s extremely important because it?s a question
of whether democracy will survive and whether the state of law is kept up or we?ll be driven by public
relations and financial interest. And I think the main thing for the Americans is who pays for all this. Because,
if the oil companies get more cheap oil and make their money out of it, the American taxpayer has to pay for
the military machine. The oil companies aren?t paying for that. It?s not the military-industrial complex paying
for that, it is the American taxpayer so it?s extremely important.
AJ: Absolutely and now we are paying record amounts for fuel for petrol in this country while they have record
supplies and the oil companies are posting record profits. I want to get into W T C 7 because I want people
to hear these clips. These are from the PBS documentary, and this will just take a minute sir, and then I want
to get your comment on it, where they describe how Building 7 fell and how they removed it first because
quote ?nobody died in it.? It?s the owner, Larry Silverstein who pulled it, gave the order to demolish it on the
afternoon of September 11th, so, Mark, go ahead and hit that clip for us please.
PBS Documentary (narrator): World Trade Center 7 had always been considered the starting point for
rebuilding. Located north of the slurry wall, Building 7 had been cleared faster than the rest of the site. There
had been no bodies to recover. Pelted by debris when the North Tower collapsed, Seven burned into the late
afternoon allowing occupants to evacuate to safety.
PBS Documentary (Silverstein): I remember getting a call from the, err, Fire Department commander telling
me that they were not sure they would be able to contain the fire. I thought we had such terrible loss of life,
maybe the smartest thing to do was, was pull it, and they made the decision to pull and we watched the
building collapse.
AJ: We made the decision to pull, and we watched the building collapse. Now here?s Dan Rather, seconds
after it collapses and this is what Dan Rather had to say and then we?ll get von Bulow?s comment.
(Voice of Dan Rather): What you are seeing are high shots, now here we?re going to show you a videotape
of the collapse itself. Now we go to videotape of the collapse of this building. (Associate- ?it?s amazing?)
Amazing, incredible, pick your word. For the third time today, it?s reminiscent of those pictures we?ve all
seen too much on television before when a building was destroyed by well-placed dynamite to knock it down.
AJ: Now, again, the seismographs show multiple explosions, the firefighters were told to get back. Von
Bulow, how important is this piece of evidence?
AvB: The explosions, well the government has to explain it! They have to prove their case. They have to this
conspiracy theory that these nineteen Muslims under the direction of Usama bin Laden. It?s not my business;
it?s only ?if there are explosions, if it?s true, can it be that the heat out of kerosene is able to destroy these
huge buildings in a manner that they are collapsing in a?
AJ: Symmetrical.
AvB: ?free-fall in a very short- in a few seconds, that they broke together. It?s nearly impossible. So
everything that is on the table is telling that the government story is not true. And there must be another story
and it must be explosions and the spikes in geological institutions in five states, 2.2 on the Richter scale, you
have to find out what?s the background. And five or seven days later the temperature on the ground was five
hundred degrees, or a little bit more than 450, if just fires were-

Dan: Yes, thanks Alex. Mr. von Bulow my question is following this disaster of 9 1 1, I understand Germany,
France, and Russia and why they didn?t want to get involved because of the money they had invested with
Iraq. With the military-industrial complex like it is, what do you understand the New World Order to be
especially since they said they could us this event to-
AJ: Yes, who are, who are the forces behind government-sponsored terror?
AvB: Who are the forces behind government? I do not understand this.
AJ: Well we know this global government is forming. We know that powerful financial interests are
engineering terror attacks, who are the forces behind the military industrial complex?
AvB: Well, it?s always interesting. If you look at who owns the munitions factory in the East-West conflict or
the Near-East conflict, they are always trying to sell their material to both sides. And, they are always
interested in conflict and they would like after the breakdown of the Soviet Union, the noble thing would be to
cut down this military-industrial complex, which costs the American taxpayer a huge amount of money.
Exactly the same time the Soviet Union breaks down, this new terror thing comes up. The first terrorist
attacks were I think the World Trade Center one and you find out the leading guy of this bombing, this time an
agricultural bomb, he was going immediately to FBI and saying ?I?ll tell you everything about this? and they
agreed finally twenty-four hours before the attack in 1993, they would change the powder, the dangerous
powder against the [non] dangerous powder and the FBI didn?t come up to do this so-
AJ: Yeah, they cooked the bomb and trained the drivers and that?s another patsy.
AvB:-people were [injured] and six people were dead. In Oklahoma you had nearly the same thing. You had
two attacks. One was perhaps McViegh and this other guy but there was another attack much more strong
than this agricultural bomb and there is an American general, an Air Force general who for I think ten years or
fifteen years in charge of this explosive institute and he said never could this agrarian bomb bring about such
damage. There must be something else and they found that within the building there were demolition
charges.

AJ: Thank you very much and have a good evening.The thesis of Webster Tarpley’s 911 Synthetic Terror: Made in USA has been enthusiastically received with
its working model of the 9/11 plot: a rogue network of moles, patsies, and a commando cell in the privatized
intelligence services, backed by corrupt political and corporate media elites. Buttressed by historical examples like the Baader-Meinhof Gang and the Gunpowder Plot, this model makes
it clear how such a monstrous false-flag or self-terror exploit is possible even under a largely benign
government. That paradox is the incredibility gap that has made most Americans reject the evidence about
9/11 as paranoid fantasy.
Tarpley brings decades of expertise to the 9/11 issue. Already in 1978 he had exposed the terrorist Red
Brigades as patsies of Italy's fascist P2 shadow government, and 9/11 is on the same pattern. The forthright
subtitle, Made in USA, is backed up by an analysis of key figures who behave like moles working for the
rogue network or parallel government.
9/11 Synthetic Terror highlights the salient points of sheer physical impossibility of the official 9/11

my summary of what the author says, and my own conclusions from the many other books and DVDs I have
reviewed.
1) 9-11 was planned and executed by Bin Laden with direct assistance from elements of the Pakistani
government.
2) No fewer than 9, some say 11, governments warned the US at the highest levels. I believe that Dick
Cheney saw this as a gift of heaven, and organized the 9-11 exercises so as to have complete operational
control of the U.S. government, and he "let it happen."
3) I believe that Larry Silverstein, new owner of the World Trade Center, NOT the U.S. Government, was
briefed on this by the Mossad, and saw an opportunity to solve his asbestos problem at taxpayer expense. I
believe that Larry Silverstein, in partnership with the security firm managed by a Bush family member,
installed the controlled demolitions and "pulled" all three buildings, murdering the people in them, in order to
clear the area for rebuilding and get the $7 billion in insurance money. I believe that he paid Rudy Gulliani as
much as a billion to "scoop and dump" the crime scene into oblivion, and I believe that the insurance
company executives are in cahoots with Silversten and got major kick-backs, because there is no way a
serious insurance company investigation could have ignored the evidence of thermite being briefed to the
Senate this very week.
4) Finally, I do think there is evidence of CIA and FBI blundering about and aiding "assets" who participated
in the first World Trade Center car bombing, but it is very important to distinguish between bureaucratic
incompetence; Dick Cheney's deliberate decision to let it happen; and Larry Silverstein's alleged dmurder of
all those people including firefighters.
This has NOT been properly investigated, and it needs to be.

It is with great sadness that I conclude that this book is the strongest of the 770+ books I have reviewed here
at Amazon, almost all non-fiction. I am forced to conclude that 9/11 was at a minimum allowed to happen as a
pretext for war (see my review of Jim Bamford's "Pretext for War"), and I am forced to conclude that there is
sufficient evidence to indict (not necessarily convict) Dick Cheney, Karl Rove and others of a neo-
conservative coup d'etat and kick-off of the clash of civilizations (see my review of "Crossing the Rubicon" as
well as "State of Denial"). Most fascinatingly, the author links Samuel Huntington, author of "Clash of
Civilizations" with Leo Strauss, the connecting rod between Nazi fascists and the neo-cons.
This is, without question, the most important modern reference on state-sponsored terrorism, and also the
reference that most pointedly suggests that select rogue elements within the US Government, most likely led
by Dick Cheney with the assistance of George Tenet, Buzzy Kronguard, and others close to the Wall Street
gangs, are the most guilty of state-sponsored terrorism.
The author draws on historical examples of US fabrication of threats (e.g. the bombing of the USS Maine in
Havana Harbor) and many others (Jim Bamford publicized Operation Northwoods). It is an undeniable fact
that the U.S. Government has been willing to kill its own citizens and fabricate attacks as part of moving the
public.
The author suggests that there is no conclusive evidence that 9/11 was of foreign origin, and to the contrary,
quite a bit of evidence that the hijackers had been trained at US military bases, protected by the CIA and FBI,
and that the end result of their actions--including controlled flying into buildings and controlled demolitions
bringing down three towers, one of which was not hit at all, all suggest a US-based conspiracy.
The author is compelling in his review of the conflicts of interest for each of the 9/11 Commissioners and key
staff; he is conclusive in his damnation of their performance and their refusal to be tough with NORAD, the
FAA, and many other Executive organizations that refused to cooperate; and he is conclusive on his
suggestion that all actual evidence points to the Pentagon being hit by a missile rather than an airplane.
The author is especially compelling in condemning Rudy Guilliani as part of the conspiracy, and as the "bud"
of the extreme right charged with cleaning up the crime scene. Instead of making the area off-limits, Gulliani
moved aggressively to "scoop and dump" to the point that firefighters rioted.
I believe it enough to want a full investigation that passes the smell test of the 9/11 families as well as
objective outside observers. I believe it sufficient to indict Dick Cheney and other neo-cons. Sadly, the
Executive is now in the service of corporations that benefit from high crimes and misdemeanors, rather than
in the service of the American people who suffer great ill from these terrible mis-deeds.
My bottom line: justice has NOT been done, and this book, together with Crossing the Rubicon, is a major
reason why I believe that eventually, Dick Cheney and others will be brought to justice. The people now have
a digital memory and collective intelligence. Bin Laden Dead or Alive? Mission Accomplished? Civil liberties
at home, democracy abroad? Just who are we kidding? More to the point, who are we betraying if not
ourselves?
In fairness to Dick Cheney, I also wonder if he is not the fall guy for Wall Street and the gnomes of Zurich. I am
waiting for him to have a heart attack while getting a routine medical check-up....the Ken Lay defense, but
imposed by those who are willing to assassinate the John Kennedy's and Bobby Kennedy's of our world.

A remarkable look under the skin of the lurid scarecrow figure of modern terrorism to reveal the bones and
sinews of a man-made monster, one with very direct genetic links to the Bader-Meinhof gang and the
"strategy of tension" deployed after WW-II to justify the militarization of society and the targeting of selected
groups. Once society gets used to the idea that odd little groups or demented individuals occasionally pull off
spectacular attacks, the mask of any desired target group (leftists, hippies, Arabs) can be easily fitted to the
patsy who will be blamed for the attack.
The National Security State needs its terrorists, and leaves nothing to chance in their care and feeding. By
revealing the mundane operational details of these programs, and the continuity over time of both the
strategies and the personnel involved, Tarpley brings these deliberately shadowy enterprises into the realm
of normal human activities. In this view, the series of staged events leading up to 9-11 (Waco, the Murrah
building and all the rest) comes into clear focus as the successive elaborations of the same schema on an
ever larger scale.
The use of visible patsies to focus blame, the networks of moles that protect and manage them, the
aggressive coverups with blatent destruction of evidence and violent suppression of potential whistle-
blowers, the fake investigations and popular press debunking... the pattern repeats with remarkable
consistency, and the growing boldness of a cabal that has tasted success and has so far crushed all those
who have tried to reveal the extent of their crimes.
Tarpley's deep knowledge of the Bush family and NATO secret terror operations in Europe make him the
ideal historian to put the distinctly post-WW-II phenomenon of synthetic terrorism in it's proper historical
perspective, and in so doing he in effect does create a new field of historical inquiry. This is truly an important

Tarpley does pay homage to other authors of alternative scenarios, such as David Ray Griffin - who logically
dismantled the myth of lack of Government complicity in 9/11 - but he also goes much, much
deeper...dismissing both Barbara Honneger's assertion that Khalid Sheikh Mohommed was the triple agent
responsible for enabling the plotters to threaten Air Force One ("Angel Is Next") with codes that would show
unequivocally that the plotters had access to all Gov't codes and meant business, and also dismissing Mike
Ruppert's "Peak Oil" theory as too much of a rational approach (under the circumstances...) Let it be said
that Tarpley is his own man, and his assertion that 9/11 was a "Neocon" putsch, aided by the still active
'Dulles-Landsdale-Lemnitzer" networks, is eerily documented piece by piece and makes perfect sense. He
feels that the message sent threatening Air Force One (the "Angel Is Next" message sent in that day's
specific code) is the key to unraveling who the plotters were. As a previous review stated...step up to the big
leagues.
