Aaron Russo's film suggests neo-cons planned 9/11, and also seek to micro-chip all Americans

Aaron Russo's film, which runs about 1 hour and 40 minutes, entitled "America: Freedom to Fascism", describes the descent of America from a constitutional republic to a bureaucratic state, where the IRS, police, and other elite-driven institutions run amok.
Hollywood director Aaron Russo goes in-depth for first time on the astounding admissions of Nick Rockefeller, including his prediction of 9/11 and the apparently contrived "War on Terror", the Rockefeller's alleged creation of "women's lib", and the elite's ultimate plan for world population reduction as well as a "microchipped society".
Mr. Russo's documentary relates how Rockefeller told him that the elite strategically manipulated the evolution of the women's liberation to destroy the family. Mr. Russo also reveals that elites want to ultimately microchip and control the entire population, in order to execute an elite social control agenda. Mr. Russo also presents that Mr. Rockefeller also told before 9/11 that "an unexpected event" would catalyze the U.S. to invade Afghanistan and Iraq. VIDEO LINK
Aaron Russo's illuminating documentary investigates, in particular, the RFID ("Radio Frequency Identification") chips, the Real ID Act, the Internal Revenue Service and the U.S. tax code.
Russo also warns his audience of what he calls the dangers of RFID -- miniature chips with antennas a few inches long that are being used to track pallets of goods in warehouses. Joining him is privacy activist Katherine Albrecht, who has co-authored a book that's described as outlining how RFID fulfills "biblical prophesies" in a way that's "uncannily similar to the prophecies of Revelation."
Albrecht and Russo don't seem worried about RFID being used to track bulk goods.
Rather, what they worry about are RFID tags being woven into products like clothes. If that happens, they say, Americans can be tracked surreptitiously without their knowledge--and it's just a short step from that to implanting chips in humans. Wisconsin politicians seem to share these fears: They've apparently approved a law banning the practice .
An overview of broad American attitudes
Most adult Americans share an uneasy feeling that something is very wrong in America today, that it's in deep trouble and things just seem to keep getting steadily worse instead of better.
More and more there is a growing distrust by the American people of the men and women they elect to represent them in Washington. They are perceived by many as being "just a bunch of self serving "crooked politicians", who forget about the people back home the minute they are elected to office.
They hear talk of a satanic New World Order, of a National ID card, and of microchips being implanted in all of us in the not too distant future, Christians consider this to be "the mark of the beast" the Bible foretells of in the "Book of Revelation". They hear and read about government conspiracies, cover-ups, and illegal spying on ordinary citizens. Most have little hope of things getting any better in the foreseeable future, and they seem to have resigned themselves to the inevitability of yet worse things to come. They have a mindset that there is nothing they can do to return America to the kind of country our founding fathers envisioned America as a prospective great democracy.
Aaron Russo presents himself as one of many Americans, who do know why America is caught up in this downward spiral that seems to have no end.
"These people are trying very hard to get the truth out to the American people as to what is causing America to be in such deep trouble, on so many fronts. They are getting through to some but by and large their tireless efforts are met with widespread disbelief and disdain by the average American. They are all too often dismissed as fanatics, purveyors of gloom and doom. So many Americans just can not or will not believe the truth no matter how convincingly it is presented to them or how strong the evidence is that what they are being told is in fact the truth," eloquently states Mary Jones in defence of Aaron Russo's film.
Russo's professional credentials and political background
Aaron Russo has won enough awards in both the music and film industry to impress even the most cynical and harsh critics. Among his many accomplishments in the entertainment business, Mr. Russo was manager of the legendary Bette Midler for seven years, and was the producer of Midler's first major film "The Rose".
Mr. Russo has produced a number of films which have received six Academy Award nominations.
He was awarded an Emmy for a Bette Midler TV special, and a gold record for producing the Soundtrack to The Rose. Aaron Russo has also won a Tony award and several prestigious Golden Globe Awards.
Mr. Russo had turned political in the 1990's and ran for governor of Nevada as a Republican in 1998, coming in second in the party primary with 26% of the vote against three opponents. In January of 2004 he declared his candidacy for the Presidency of the United States as an independent, then later decided to run for the Libertarian Party's nomination.
Ms Jones as an advocate of Mr. Russo's film further says, "This is not a movie of 'theories', this is a documentary movie of 'facts'." Everything was stacked against the making of this movie. No major studio would back this controversial film."

Memo: 9/11 Commission Witnesses Were Intimidated By Government “Minders”
Somewhat lost within the flu pandemic media hype this week is an important new revelation concerning the cover up of the events of 9/11.
A recently uncovered 9/11 Commission memo dating from October 2003, half way through the panel’s investigation, addresses concerns that government “minders” were intimidating witnesses and shaping their testimonies.
The document was drafted by Kevin Scheid, a senior staffer who led the commission’s Team 2, which was responsible for reviewing the overarching structure of the US intelligence community.
Names also appearing on the memo are those of staffers Lorry Fenner, an air force intelligence officer, and lawyer Gordon Lederman.
The memo, entitled “Executive Branch Minders’ Intimidation of Witnesses,” states the following:
Minders “answer[ed] questions directed at witnesses;”
Minders acted as “monitors, reporting to their respective agencies on Commission staffs lines of inquiry and witnesses’ verbatim responses.” The staff thought this “conveys to witnesses that their superiors will review their statements and may engage in retribution;”
Minders’ notetaking “facilitates agencies in alerting future witnesses to the Commission’s lines of inquiry and permits agencies to prepare future witnesses either explicitly or implicitly.”
Minders “positioned themselves physically and have conducted themselves in a manner that we believe intimidates witnesses from giving full and candid responses to our questions.”
The staffers make it clear that intimidation by minders was widespread and had not only occurred with their team’s witnesses.
The memo was discovered by an independent researcher in the National Archives, to which it was added earlier this year.

Farmer’s book about his experiences working for the Commission, set to be released in September, unveils how “the public had been seriously misled about what occurred during the morning of the attacks,” and Farmer himself states that “at some level of the government, at some point in time…there was an agreement not to tell the truth about what happened.”
Farmer’s statements dovetail with those highlighted in an August 2006 Washington Post report, which stated that “Some staff members and commissioners of the Sept. 11 panel concluded that the Pentagon’s initial story of how it reacted to the 2001 terrorist attacks may have been part of a deliberate effort to mislead the commission and the public rather than a reflection of the fog of events on that day, according to sources involved in the debate.”
The report revealed how the 10-member commission deeply suspected deception to the point where they considered referring the matter to the Justice Department for criminal investigation.
These statements and testimonies, combined with the swathes of still unanswered questions surrounding the attacks, confirm that the 9/11 Commission was a complete whitewash and intensify the need to establish a new independent investigation.

Baxter To Develop Swine Flu Vaccine Despite Bird Flu Scandal
A U.S. based pharmaceutical company that just weeks ago was involved in a scandal involving vaccines tainted with deadly avian flu virus has been chosen to head up efforts to produce a vaccine for the Mexican swine flu that has seemingly migrated into the U.S. and Europe.
Baxter confirmed over the weekend that it is working with the World Health Organization on a potential vaccine to curb the deadly swine flu virus that is blamed for scores of deaths in Mexico and has emerged as a threat in the U.S., reports the Chicago Tribune.
Baxter has previously worked with governments all over the globe to develop and produce vaccines to protect against infectious disease or potential threats from bioterrorism. After 9/11 Baxter helped supply stockpiles of a smallpox vaccine and in 2003 the company was contracted to develop a vaccine to combat the SARS virus. In 2006 the UK Government announced plans designed to inoculate every person in the country with Baxter’s vaccines in the event of a flu pandemic.
However, Baxter has a very recent and most disturbing connection to flu vaccines.
As reported by multiple sources last month, including the Times of India, vaccines contaminated with deadly live H5N1 avian flu virus were distributed to 18 countries last December by a lab at an Austrian branch of Baxter.
It was only by providence that the batch was first tested on ferrets in the Czech Republic, before being shipped out for injection into humans. The ferrets all died and the shocking discovery was made.
Czech newspapers immediately questioned whether the events were part of a conspiracy to deliberately provoke a pandemic, following up on accusations already made by health officials in other countries.
Initially, Baxter attempted to stonewall questions by invoking “trade secrets” and refused to reveal how the vaccines were contaminated with H5N1. After increased pressure they then claimed that pure H5N1 batches were sent by accident.
Since the probability of mixing a live virus biological weapon with vaccine material by accident is virtually impossible, this leaves no other explanation than that the contamination was a deliberate attempt to weaponize the H5N1 virus to its most potent extreme and distribute it via conventional flu vaccines to the population who would then infect others to a devastating degree as the disease went airborne.
The fact that Baxter mixed the deadly H5N1 virus with a mix of H3N2 seasonal flu viruses is the smoking gun. The H5N1 virus on its own has killed hundreds of people, but it is less airborne and more restricted in the ease with which it can spread. However, when combined with seasonal flu viruses, which as everyone knows are super-airborne and easily spread, the effect is a potent, super-airbone, super deadly biological weapon.
Indeed, some have already suggested that the current scare could represent the use of such a weapon.
Now it has been announced that Baxter is seeking a sample of the potentially lethal never before seen form of swine/avian/human flu virus in order to assist the World Health Organization in developing a new vaccine, reaping billions in the process.
Why should Baxter be trusted, when they have already been proven to be at the very least criminally negligent, and at worst a prime suspect in attempting to carry off one of the most heinous crimes in the history of mankind?
The company has already put the safety of the entire human race at risk, and now, just a few weeks later, we’re expected to invest our confidence in them and take their shots with a smile and a still tongue?
As Mike Adams of Natural News has commented, “If you mail an envelope full of anthrax to your Senator, you get arrested as a terrorist. So why is Baxter — which mailed samples of a far more deadly viral strain to labs around the world — getting away with saying, essentially, ‘Oops?’”
WHO officials are reportedly still closely monitoring the investigation into Baxter’s contaminated flu vaccines, seemingly they are not too concerned. Perhaps we should be.

The majority of this article is made up from an absolutely horrifying section of the National Medical Bill. Horrors that you’ve not heard about in 70 years are actually written down and are legal. Everything in this article has a link to the official bill. The section in question of the Medical Bill springs from the World Health Organisation standards and recommendations. Most countries are likely to have the same bills because most follow the WHO’s lead, however in some countries these emergency plans can not be seen even by homeland security so this Irish Medical Bill could be a window into what other Governments are also prepared to do.
These specific emergency measures can legally be carried out without the so called emergency ever happening in your country, all that is required is a simple alert from the unelected people at the WHO. As we will see, these psychotic Government actions to a so called “imminent” emergency will actually do more damage than if the emergency hit.
We’ll come to the Medical Bill in a moment but first we’ll look at this 2008 pamphlet from the Government that states a worldwide pandemic would be caused by “a new influenza strain” and they are pretty confident when they state “there will be more pandemics”. It also lets us know who is in control of kicking off the alert and actions when it says, “You will be advised to begin these preparations if and when the World Health Organisation confirms that a pandemic is imminent.” The Department of Health & Children’s National Pandemic Influenza Plan shows the WHO puts our global society currently at phase 3 of a phase 6 global pandemic, “The World Health Organization (WHO) uses six phases of pandemic alert as a system for informing the world of the seriousness of the threat.“ Phase 3: “Human infection(s) with a new subtype, […] We are now in Phase 3 (January 2007).” The power to alert/get nations into implementing WHO actions is further consolidated in to the hands of one person, the current Director-General (Chinese Margaret Chan) and the pandemic plan says, “the designation of alert phases, including decisions on when to move from one phase to another, is made by the Director-General of the World Health Organization. The transition between phases may be rapid and some phases may be skipped. “
National Pandemic Influenza Plan also lists the following:
“A number of legal issues may arise from the public health management of pandemic influenza.”
“The World Health Organization has identified and categorised non-pharmaceutical public health interventions as follows:”
* “Measures to increase social distance”
* “Measures for people entering or exiting an infected area within a country”
* “Section 31 [Health Act] gives power to the Minister to make regulations to prevent the spread of an infectious disease and to treat people suffering from infectious disease. The regulations envisaged by the Act include:”
o “Requirement for adults and children to stay in their homes”
o “Requirement for adults and children to submit to examination, vaccination, immunisation”
It then lists “suspension of travel”, “suspension of other gatherings”, and finally lists “possible security issues” as a wider scope of power given to them.
Lets look at Part IV of the the Health Act which deals with infectious diseases and see how Governments will treat us when the WHO gives the ok. Lets look at how the law will make all our rights evaporate when we need them the most. http://www.irishstatutebook.ie/1947/en/act/pub/0028/
Section 38 contains a purposeful loophole to detain anyone. It legalizes the detention of, by force if necessary, people who are not identified as infected but are a “probable” source. The name of section 38 is “Detention and isolation of person who is probable source of infection” and it states the following, “force may, if necessary, be used for the purpose of carrying out any provision of this subsection.”
Part 2 of section 38 redefines the word person into patient: “(2) Where an order is made under this section in relation to a person (in this subsection referred to as the patient), the following provisions shall have effect[….]”. This makes it legal for the government imprison people known not to be infected and label them as patients.
Part K of section 38 tries to pretend that a person or a parent of a detained child can make an appeal to be released but it is entirely up the decision of the minister and this “nice” sounding part actually allows the legal interpretation for people to be detained for what ever amount of time the state demands. The key word of part K is “determination” which has a couple of definitions in the dictionary one being “settlement of a dispute”. Part K states, “if no determination of an appeal under paragraph (h) of this subsection is made by the Minister and communicated to the person in charge of such hospital or other place within twenty-one clear days from the receipt by the Minister of such appeal, such person shall release the, patient”. If a determination/decision is made by the Minister for the status quo then the men, women and children detained will not be released. It also makes it legal for Government officers to detain people even if the Minister has not made any decision because it says if the government officer (”the person in charge of such hospital or other place“) is not told (”communicated to”) that the Minister has not made a decision (or even that there is an appeal) the officer does not have to release the person. If the detention officers are not told there was an appeal, they don’t know to release you based on a “no determination“.
The Health act gives the power of relocating people (persons) to government facilities/camps/accommodation: Health Act section 40, “A health authority may provide accommodation for persons who are compelled to leave their homes on account of any steps taken under this Act or the regulations made thereunder for the prevention of the spread of infectious disease.” It gives the government the right to detain people in government facilities not just hospitals with the following line, “the order to allow for the patient’s isolation in a hospital or other place convenient“.
Health Act section 32 A and B below deals with the entire population not just the infected and uninfected population incarcerated in hospitals and “other places”. It gives the Minister power to order the injection of the entire population (quote: “all adult persons” and “all children”) with a vaccine they believe might immunise against a pandemic “caused by a new influenza strain“. You are probably thinking how could they create a vaccine so fast, doesn’t it take years to prove it is safe? They are prepared to alter the entire population’s immune system and DNA with what would be officially an untested experimental vaccine, are you prepared for that? It’s the law now.
Health Act section 32:
“The Minister may by order declare that-”
“it is necessary, for the purpose of preventing the spread of a particular infectious disease, that all adult persons should submit themselves to a specified measure in relation to their protection or immunisation against such infectious disease”
“The Minister may by order declare that—”
“it is necessary, for the purpose of preventing the spread of a particular infectious disease, that all children should be submitted to a specified measure in relation to their protection or immunisation against that infectious disease”.
Going back to the little public pamphlet that looks like it was designed for children it mentions 8 possible emergencies. All the other emergencies beside a pandemic are played down, even a nuclear incident at Sellafield is nothing to worry about according to the pamphlet as it says “any radioactivity from an incident would be diluted before reaching Ireland.” For other emergencies they use words of possibilities like, “in the event of such an incident”, “you may be asked”, but with the pandemic, which is allocated more pages, they have definite statements such as, “there will be more pandemics”, “if and when”, “every household in the country will receive a leaflet before the pandemic reaches Ireland”, follow “advice from the telephone hotline that will be set up or from official Government announcements to the media.” Months after this pamphlet was released the Irish government performed for the first ever time test announcements over all media as the Irish Times reported in Dec 2008: “the State’s radio and television airwaves fell silent for the first time early this morning as part of a Government exercise on giving urgent messages to the nation.”
The National Pandemic Influenza Plan says when a pandemic is completely over “it may be a long time before the health services recover”. Business, farming, and food supplies will take just as long if not longer to recover. How will a family whom are not incarcerated at a government facility during a WHO pandemic phase feed themselves when public gathering are illegal, when food markets are closed and leaving the home is forbidden? Issuing people masks and gloves, keeping stores open, not injecting the entire population with an experimental vaccine, and not rounding up people into camps would save more lives. The goal of these “legal” measures are clear. “If and when” (as the government say’s) they implement the World Health Organisation measures because of a pandemic or phantom pandemic alert we’ll find that these actions will kill more people than a real pandemic ever could. The legal measures have been adopted for such a disaster to take place and you wont be able to counter them when implemented. You might want to think of getting these laws taken out before the WHO announces it’s alert.

It then lists “suspension of travel”, “suspension of other gatherings”, and finally lists “possible security issues” as a wider scope of power given to them.
Lets look at Part IV of the the Health Act which deals with infectious diseases and see how Governments will treat us when the WHO gives the ok. Lets look at how the law will make all our rights evaporate when we need them the most. http://www.irishstatutebook.ie/1947/en/act/pub/0028/
Section 38 contains a purposeful loophole to detain anyone. It legalizes the detention of, by force if necessary, people who are not identified as infected but are a “probable” source. The name of section 38 is “Detention and isolation of person who is probable source of infection” and it states the following, “force may, if necessary, be used for the purpose of carrying out any provision of this subsection.”
Part 2 of section 38 redefines the word person into patient: “(2) Where an order is made under this section in relation to a person (in this subsection referred to as the patient), the following provisions shall have effect[….]”. This makes it legal for the government imprison people known not to be infected and label them as patients.
Part K of section 38 tries to pretend that a person or a parent of a detained child can make an appeal to be released but it is entirely up the decision of the minister and this “nice” sounding part actually allows the legal interpretation for people to be detained for what ever amount of time the state demands. The key word of part K is “determination” which has a couple of definitions in the dictionary one being “settlement of a dispute”. Part K states, “if no determination of an appeal under paragraph (h) of this subsection is made by the Minister and communicated to the person in charge of such hospital or other place within twenty-one clear days from the receipt by the Minister of such appeal, such person shall release the, patient”. If a determination/decision is made by the Minister for the status quo then the men, women and children detained will not be released. It also makes it legal for Government officers to detain people even if the Minister has not made any decision because it says if the government officer (”the person in charge of such hospital or other place“) is not told (”communicated to”) that the Minister has not made a decision (or even that there is an appeal) the officer does not have to release the person. If the detention officers are not told there was an appeal, they don’t know to release you based on a “no determination“.
The Health act gives the power of relocating people (persons) to government facilities/camps/accommodation: Health Act section 40, “A health authority may provide accommodation for persons who are compelled to leave their homes on account of any steps taken under this Act or the regulations made thereunder for the prevention of the spread of infectious disease.” It gives the government the right to detain people in government facilities not just hospitals with the following line, “the order to allow for the patient’s isolation in a hospital or other place convenient“.
Health Act section 32 A and B below deals with the entire population not just the infected and uninfected population incarcerated in hospitals and “other places”. It gives the Minister power to order the injection of the entire population (quote: “all adult persons” and “all children”) with a vaccine they believe might immunise against a pandemic “caused by a new influenza strain“. You are probably thinking how could they create a vaccine so fast, doesn’t it take years to prove it is safe? They are prepared to alter the entire population’s immune system and DNA with what would be officially an untested experimental vaccine, are you prepared for that? It’s the law now.

“it is necessary, for the purpose of preventing the spread of a particular infectious disease, that all adult persons should submit themselves to a specified measure in relation to their protection or immunisation against such infectious disease”

Going back to the little public pamphlet that looks like it was designed for children it mentions 8 possible emergencies. All the other emergencies beside a pandemic are played down, even a nuclear incident at Sellafield is nothing to worry about according to the pamphlet as it says “any radioactivity from an incident would be diluted before reaching Ireland.” For other emergencies they use words of possibilities like, “in the event of such an incident”, “you may be asked”, but with the pandemic, which is allocated more pages, they have definite statements such as, “there will be more pandemics”, “if and when”, “every household in the country will receive a leaflet before the pandemic reaches Ireland”, follow “advice from the telephone hotline that will be set up or from official Government announcements to the media.” Months after this pamphlet was released the Irish government performed for the first ever time test announcements over all media as the Irish Times reported in Dec 2008: “the State’s radio and television airwaves fell silent for the first time early this morning as part of a Government exercise on giving urgent messages to the nation.”
The National Pandemic Influenza Plan says when a pandemic is completely over “it may be a long time before the health services recover”. Business, farming, and food supplies will take just as long if not longer to recover. How will a family whom are not incarcerated at a government facility during a WHO pandemic phase feed themselves when public gathering are illegal, when food markets are closed and leaving the home is forbidden? Issuing people masks and gloves, keeping stores open, not injecting the entire population with an experimental vaccine, and not rounding up people into camps would save more lives. The goal of these “legal” measures are clear. “If and when” (as the government say’s) they implement the World Health Organisation measures because of a pandemic or phantom pandemic alert we’ll find that these actions will kill more people than a real pandemic ever could. The legal measures have been adopted for such a disaster to take place and you wont be able to counter them when implemented. You might want to think of getting these laws taken out before the WHO announces it’s alert.

had just been written up in the journal Nature for its work in genetic
manipulation and DNA sequencing. Scientists there had created a
virulent form of mousepox. "They realized that if similar genetic
manipulation was carried out on smallpox, an unstoppable killer could
be unleashed,"

Brushlinski. Glebov died as the result of a bandit attack and
Brushlinski was killed in Moscow. Both were well known around the
world and members of the Russian Academy of Science.

airplane he was piloting crashes near Denver, Colorado. He worked at
the Colorado Health Sciences Centre and was known as "Dr. Flu" for his
expertise in treating influenza, and expertise on bioterrorism. Mostow

of the UC San Diego Medical Center's Owen Clinic, teaching African
medical personnel about the prevention and treatment of AIDS.Rickman,
the incoming president of the Infectious Disease Assn. of California,
was a multidisciplinary professor and practitioner with expertise in
infectious diseases, internal medicine, epidemiology, microbiology and

Twenty-six years ago, the United States government got word that a deadly virus nobody had seen for years – and which experts thought was gone forever – was possibly circulating again.
There wasn't any proof it was back, just a few worrisome hints. However, the microbe had killed millions of people earlier in the century, so even a small amount of evidence had to be taken seriously. So, at great effort and expense, the government launched a plan to vaccinate the American population against the virus.
It seemed like a good idea at the time. But it turned into one of the biggest public health debacles in memory.
The disease was swine flu, whose appearance in 1976 was believed to be a reincarnation of the infection that killed tens of millions of people in 1918 and 1919. Today, the U.S. government is engaged in similar deliberations about smallpox, a disease officially eradicated in 1980 but whose virus some experts believe may be possessed by terrorists.
Over the next month, a panel of scientific experts convened by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) will debate the value – and hazards – of making the smallpox vaccine available in the United States for the first time in 30 years. Universal vaccination is out of the question, but widespread distribution is possible. By the end of June, the experts will recommend a course of action to the Bush administration.
Influenza and smallpox – and their vaccines – differ in innumerable ways, making comparisons tricky. Influenza occurs naturally and spreads quickly. Smallpox hasn't existed outside of laboratory freezers since 1978, but might be in terrorist arsenals. The flu vaccine has few serious side effects, while the smallpox vaccine has many.
Nevertheless, the swine flu campaign is the one recent example of a large, government-sponsored emergency immunization program, and as such may offer lessons for today.
Events began with the death, on Feb. 4, 1976, of an Army recruit at Fort Dix, N.J., during an outbreak of respiratory infections following the holidays. Throat washings were taken from 19 ill soldiers, and a majority tested positive for that winter's dominant strain of the influenza virus, which was called A/Victoria. But four samples were different, and New Jersey public health officials sent them to the CDC to be identified.
On Feb. 12, the CDC delivered a chilling report. The four samples – which included one from the dead soldier – were swine flu. As the name suggests, swine flu was endemic to pigs. However, the devastating pandemic of the Spanish flu in 1918 and 1919 is believed to have been caused by a strain of swine flu that, through mutation, gained the ability to infect people.
In 1927, a scholar put the Spanish flu's global mortality at 21.5 million. In 1991, a systematic recalculation raised it to 30 million. The latest estimate, published in the current Bulletin of the History of Medicine, sets the minimum mortality at 50 million, with an upper limit of 100 million.
The possibility that the Spanish flu had reemerged was a matter whose importance is hard to overstate – and wasn't missed by anyone in 1976. Within days of identifying the strain, federal health officials were meeting at the CDC to discuss what to do.
According to various accounts, the idea that a swine flu epidemic was quite unlikely never received a full airing or a fair hearing, although numerous experts apparently held that view. Instead, the notion that an epidemic was likely enough to warrant population-wide vaccination grew from dominant opinion to unquestioned gospel.
At the same time, the rhetoric of risk suffered steady inflation as the topic moved from the mouths of scientists to the mouths of government officials. In a memo prepared for his superiors at the Department of Health, Education and Welfare (HEW), David Sencer, head of the CDC, talked about the "strong possibility" of a swine flu epidemic. Later, HEW's general counsel commented that "the chances seem to be 1 in 2." A memo from the HEW secretary to the head of the Office of Management and Budget noted that "the projections are that this virus will kill one million Americans in 1976."
A few experts suggested the vaccine be made and stockpiled but used only if there was more evidence of an epidemic. This was considered but rejected early on. The argument was that the influenza vaccine had few, if any, serious side effects, and that it would be far easier (and more defensible) to get it into people's bodies before people started dying.
On March 24, President Gerald Ford announced on television that he was asking Congress for $135 million "to inoculate every man, woman and child in the United States" against swine flu.
Over the next nine months, very little went right – or as planned.
Pharmaceutical companies undertook crash programs to make enough of the vaccine by the start of flu season in October. But it turned out the Fort Dix bug grew poorly in chicken eggs, the growth medium for the influenza virus. This meant that yields were going to be about half of what was planned. In addition, one company used the wrong virus and had to start over.
The insurance industry announced it wouldn't insure manufacturers against liability arising from the vaccine. An act of Congress shifted most of the liability to the government.

There are a lot of lessons to draw, said Harvey Fineberg, a former dean of Harvard's School of Public Health, who co-authored an analysis of the "swine flu affair" for Joseph A. Califano, HEW secretary under President Jimmy Carter, who succeeded Ford in January 1977.
Among them: Don't over-promise; think carefully about what needs to be decided when; don't expect the consensus of experts to hold in the face of changing events. The biggest, he said recently, was perhaps the most obvious: Expect the unexpected at all times.
There wasn't any proof it was back, just a few worrisome hints. However, the microbe had killed millions of people earlier in the century, so even a small amount of evidence had to be taken seriously. So, at great effort and expense, the government launched a plan to vaccinate the American population against the virus.
It seemed like a good idea at the time. But it turned into one of the biggest public health debacles in memory.
The disease was swine flu, whose appearance in 1976 was believed to be a reincarnation of the infection that killed tens of millions of people in 1918 and 1919. Today, the U.S. government is engaged in similar deliberations about smallpox, a disease officially eradicated in 1980 but whose virus some experts believe may be possessed by terrorists.
Over the next month, a panel of scientific experts convened by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) will debate the value – and hazards – of making the smallpox vaccine available in the United States for the first time in 30 years. Universal vaccination is out of the question, but widespread distribution is possible. By the end of June, the experts will recommend a course of action to the Bush administration.
Influenza and smallpox – and their vaccines – differ in innumerable ways, making comparisons tricky. Influenza occurs naturally and spreads quickly. Smallpox hasn't existed outside of laboratory freezers since 1978, but might be in terrorist arsenals. The flu vaccine has few serious side effects, while the smallpox vaccine has many.
Nevertheless, the swine flu campaign is the one recent example of a large, government-sponsored emergency immunization program, and as such may offer lessons for today.
Events began with the death, on Feb. 4, 1976, of an Army recruit at Fort Dix, N.J., during an outbreak of respiratory infections following the holidays. Throat washings were taken from 19 ill soldiers, and a majority tested positive for that winter's dominant strain of the influenza virus, which was called A/Victoria. But four samples were different, and New Jersey public health officials sent them to the CDC to be identified.
On Feb. 12, the CDC delivered a chilling report. The four samples – which included one from the dead soldier – were swine flu. As the name suggests, swine flu was endemic to pigs. However, the devastating pandemic of the Spanish flu in 1918 and 1919 is believed to have been caused by a strain of swine flu that, through mutation, gained the ability to infect people.
In 1927, a scholar put the Spanish flu's global mortality at 21.5 million. In 1991, a systematic recalculation raised it to 30 million. The latest estimate, published in the current Bulletin of the History of Medicine, sets the minimum mortality at 50 million, with an upper limit of 100 million.
The possibility that the Spanish flu had reemerged was a matter whose importance is hard to overstate – and wasn't missed by anyone in 1976. Within days of identifying the strain, federal health officials were meeting at the CDC to discuss what to do.
According to various accounts, the idea that a swine flu epidemic was quite unlikely never received a full airing or a fair hearing, although numerous experts apparently held that view. Instead, the notion that an epidemic was likely enough to warrant population-wide vaccination grew from dominant opinion to unquestioned gospel.
At the same time, the rhetoric of risk suffered steady inflation as the topic moved from the mouths of scientists to the mouths of government officials. In a memo prepared for his superiors at the Department of Health, Education and Welfare (HEW), David Sencer, head of the CDC, talked about the "strong possibility" of a swine flu epidemic. Later, HEW's general counsel commented that "the chances seem to be 1 in 2." A memo from the HEW secretary to the head of the Office of Management and Budget noted that "the projections are that this virus will kill one million Americans in 1976."
A few experts suggested the vaccine be made and stockpiled but used only if there was more evidence of an epidemic. This was considered but rejected early on. The argument was that the influenza vaccine had few, if any, serious side effects, and that it would be far easier (and more defensible) to get it into people's bodies before people started dying.
On March 24, President Gerald Ford announced on television that he was asking Congress for $135 million "to inoculate every man, woman and child in the United States" against swine flu.
Over the next nine months, very little went right – or as planned.
Pharmaceutical companies undertook crash programs to make enough of the vaccine by the start of flu season in October. According to a report in Fox News below, your assessment of the dangers of this swine flu is by far the most pessimistic with the CDC recommending just customary precautions. How do you explain that?
How do explain why you have identified so many fatalities already while the Mexican government has confirmed only 16 from this new flu strain? What is the scientific basis for your identification? Are you using a correct procedure? Can you prove it in court that you are using the correct procedure and that simply recommending people wear surgical masks is not adequate.
Also, I note that the new strain of the swine flu has appeared in Mexico and America simultaneously, and under “mysterious circumstances” also indicating a deliberate, planned and coordinated release of the synthetic laboratory engineered viruses. WHO is obliged to exhaust all other avenues before declaring a pandemic and initiating a mass vaccination program because you must — as part of your duties to be informed as the holder of such an office –

The WHO reference center provided Baxter with the particularly lethal wild type bird flu virus that ended up contaminating ordinary human flu material and being distributed to 16 laboratories in Austria, the Czech Republic, Slovenia and Germany under a false label, and so nearly sparking a bird flu pandemic this winter in the estimation of experts and the media.

In the Baxter case of this winter, there is therefore a clear, well documented link between WHO and the release of pandemic bird flu material in Europe this winter.
The WHO is, according to reports, conducting an investigation into Baxter and Avir’s role in producing and distributing this material, but has so far not made public the results of its investigation or made recommendations in respect of stricter biosecurity rules for laboratories working with the highly pathogenic bird flu virus. Why not?
I contend your failure to conduct a full and detailed investigation into this incident, and to make those findings public or to make clear recommendations as to how to prevent a repeat of this incident is not merely a failure to perform your duty as a public servant but evidence of your role in covering up the real origin of the pandemic virus, specifically, in WHO’s own reference center.
In my criminal charges filed with the Vienna City Prosecutor on April 8th, 2009, I alleged that Baxter deliberately tried to trigger a pandemic with the aim of profiting from it by sealing in advance lucrative contracts to supply a vaccination for the bird flu with the Austrian Health Ministry in 2006, specifically the contract sealed with Austrian Health Minister Maria Rauch-Kallat involved supplying 16 million vaccine shots in the event that WHO declared a bird flu pandemic.
In Germany, a vaccination bird flu shot is mandatory ensuring more profits for pharmaceutical companies, and adding to the motivation for companies to trigger a pandemic because they will profit from it, and to take steps to exercise undue influence on members of WHO to declare a pandemic without adequate reason.
Referring to laws on racketeering influenced crime organizations, I argued that high offices in organizations such as the WHO have been annexed by criminal elements who are actually helping to further a criminal agenda of committing murder with the motive of robbery – albeit using covert bioweapons programs.
As a result of the actions of Baxter, at least 35 people in Austria and in the Czech Republic were given preventative treatment against bird flu and the ordinary human flu in hospital. This underlines that in the professional opinion of the medical personnel there was a real, concrete and specific danger from Baxter and WHO’s contaminated material to the health of those individuals, such that administering medicines was considered necessary. I understand the Czech laboratory staff who came into contact with Baxter’s contaminated and who first reported it on February 6th material were placed in quarantine.
Given the fact that this incident happened only a few weeks ago and your organization is involved in it in as far as it supplied a) a lethal strain of the bird flu virus and b) is investigating the incident, it is your duty to be aware of all details, allegations of criminal intent, evidence for those allegations and refutations of those allegations because there are so many parallels with this new “swine flu” case, also involving a synthetic structure that has mysteriously appeared in two places simultaneously.
In particular, you are obliged to be informed about the fact that Baxter uses biosafety level 3 regulations when handling the highly pathogenic bird flu virus that WHO sent the company from its reference center, and that under these biosafety 3 regulations an accidental contamination of the deadly bird flu virus strain you sent you’re your reference center to Baxter with a human flu is virtually impossible.
You must also be aware of the research of Jeffery K. Taubenberger of the Department of Molecular Pathology, Armed Forces Institute of Pathology into the bird flu virus and specifically his reconstruction of the deadly strain of the bird flu virus from the genetic material retrieved from victims of the Spanish flu pandemic of 1918-1919.
Although many researchers and NGOs issued warnings that resurrecting this lethal virus was dangerous to the public, the WHO has been one of the biggest supporters of continuing research into this bio engineered virus and into its “antidotes” spending millions of tax payers dollars on research and prevention programs.
You must be aware that it was only last summer that scientists published in scientific journals evidence that showed that the bird flu can mix with the human flu virus to produce a pandemic virus in a laboratory situation.
You must also be aware of the ongoing criminal investigation in Poland into the deaths of homeless people after they were given a bird flu trial vaccination by doctors and nurses last summer.
There is therefore, I argue, ample evidence within the public domain to show that pharmaceutical companies and government organizations and other agents are knowingly and intentionally creating pandemic virus material and, as we saw in Austria, this winter unleashing it on the population, and trying to cover up their involvement.
Should you and WHO now declare a pandemic for the swine flu in the USA, and should people die as a direct result of the vaccination program you initiate, or should there be significant evidence of harm or injury to people as a direct result of the mass vaccination program you initiate, as happened in 1976, you could find yourself charged not with a conspiracy to mass murder but with mass murder itself.
Furthermore, the WHO, as far as I am informed, has published a study outlining the economic impact of a pandemic virus.
If you as part of your office help criminal organizations who have annexed high offices of state to carry out their crimes, to ignite and then declare a pandemic, that disrupts the economy, then you, other leading individuals working for WHO in an official capacity and WHO, as an organization, could also liable not only for criminal charges but also for damages flowing from class action lawsuits filed not just by citizens of American but by citizens or company around the world that see their revenues decline as a direct result of the pandemic being unleashed, and the subsequent havoc to the economy.
If there is a pandemic declaration by WHO and mass deaths from the vaccination program, I foresee a situation were you and the WHO could find thousands of people are filing criminal charges but also class action law suits.
I contend there is evidence from the pattern of your activities concerning the Baxter case that you, under the color of your office while purporting to act in an official capacity, are actually acting on behalf of hidden crime interests intent on igniting a pandemic and misusing a declaration of a pandemic to gain political and financial advantages, a group which I designate as the Illuminati crime gang.

3) information as to which companies WHO has contracted to provide a swine flu vaccination and under what terms and conditions, including quality assurance, financial terms and conditions;
4) a detailed account of all the safety procedures and independent reviews that WHO has put into place for ensuring any vaccination meets recognized standards of safety and quality;
5) documents proving that you have the legal authority in the case of a swine flu to declare a pandemic and enforce mass vaccinations for the swine flu on the population in the form of legal memos, rulings etc.
Please send all the above documents as email attachments.
If you miss the Monday deadline, I will argue in my submission to the court that you do not have the documents.
I ask you to make sure you keep a copy of the email to me so that you can prove to a court that you a) had all the requisite authority and documents and b) that you had them at hand and available for public and legal scrutiny at short notice in an emergency situation as is your obligation as a public servant.
I will argue that if you have ordered your WHO officers to man the pandemic control room 24/7 from Friday April 24, as reported in the media, then you have an extra obligation to be on duty yourself this weekend and your failure to be on duty in the event of an emergency you have declared is a violation of the rules of conduct of your office.
As you have sufficient personnel at hand, I will argue, you can delegate this job of collecting the documents and materials I request in 1)-5) to a member of your staff and still be available to follow the “pandemic” which you claim is occurring.
If you send me these documents after the Monday deadline, please make sure to keep a copy of the email so that you can prove in a court of law that you had the necessary authority, and documents proving you had that authority at hand, and could present them speedily as is required of a public servant in such an “emergency”.

Wouldn’t the WHO be better advised to investigate the lab that manufactured and released this synthetic virus and prosecute them or else recommend people wear surgical masks rather than declare a mass vaccination program?
According to a report in Fox News below, your assessment of the dangers of this swine flu is by far the most pessimistic with the CDC recommending just customary precautions. How do you explain that?
How do explain why you have identified so many fatalities already while the Mexican government has confirmed only 16 from this new flu strain? What is the scientific basis for your identification? Are you using a correct procedure? Can you prove it in court that you are using the correct procedure and that simply recommending people wear surgical masks is not adequate.
Also, I note that the new strain of the swine flu has appeared in Mexico and America simultaneously, and under “mysterious circumstances” also indicating a deliberate, planned and coordinated release of the synthetic laboratory engineered viruses. Shouldn’t you be investigating such a “mysterious” incident? Have you declared an investigation? Who are you investigating? Please give details?
WHO is obliged to exhaust all other avenues before declaring a pandemic and initiating a mass vaccination program because you must — as part of your duties to be informed as the holder of such an office –
know that the 1976 swine flu mass vaccination program
was abandoned by the US government because of the mounting evidence that the risk to the general public was greater from the vaccination program than from the actual swine flu.It is your especial duty, given this precedent in 1976, to make sure no mass vaccination program is implemented unless that causes injury to the general public is implemented under your auspices by your declaring a pandemic prematurely and without having adequate safeguards in place to ensure the high quality and safety of any vaccine material.You also need to show that recommending surgical masks is not a viable alternative approach in dealing with any so-called pandemic. I contend that you are not fulfilling your duty to a) provide accurate information to the public about the threats posed to them by the swine flu and b) to ensure you do not declare a pandemic prematurely as a pretext to rush through a contaminated or faulty vaccine material that could result in death or injury to people as happened in 1976. As a public servant whose body is currently investigation the involvement of Baxter and Avir in the release of bird flu pandemic material in Austria, you are obliged to be fully aware also of the details of this case and the role that a pharmaceutical company, namely Baxter, played in almost triggering a pandemic. You might also be aware of the criminal charges I filed against Baxter and other bodies, including the WHO, in respect of this case on April 8th with the Vienna City Prosecutor since they are available on a blog.
The WHO reference center provided Baxter with the particularly lethal wild type bird flu virus that ended up contaminating ordinary human flu material and being distributed to 16 laboratories in Austria, the Czech Republic, Slovenia and Germany under a false label, and so nearly sparking a bird flu pandemic this winter in the estimation of experts and the media.

In the Baxter case of this winter, there is therefore a clear, well documented link between WHO and the release of pandemic bird flu material in Europe this winter.
The WHO is, according to reports, conducting an investigation into Baxter and Avir’s role in producing and distributing this material, but has so far not made public the results of its investigation or made recommendations in respect of stricter biosecurity rules for laboratories working with the highly pathogenic bird flu virus. Why not?
I contend your failure to conduct a full and detailed investigation into this incident, and to make those findings public or to make clear recommendations as to how to prevent a repeat of this incident is not merely a failure to perform your duty as a public servant but evidence of your role in covering up the real origin of the pandemic virus, specifically, in WHO’s own reference center.
In my criminal charges filed with the Vienna City Prosecutor on April 8th, 2009, I alleged that Baxter deliberately tried to trigger a pandemic with the aim of profiting from it by sealing in advance lucrative contracts to supply a vaccination for the bird flu with the Austrian Health Ministry in 2006, specifically the contract sealed with Austrian Health Minister Maria Rauch-Kallat involved supplying 16 million vaccine shots in the event that WHO declared a bird flu pandemic.
In Germany, a vaccination bird flu shot is mandatory ensuring more profits for pharmaceutical companies, and adding to the motivation for companies to trigger a pandemic because they will profit from it, and to take steps to exercise undue influence on members of WHO to declare a pandemic without adequate reason.
Referring to laws on racketeering influenced crime organizations, I argued that high offices in organizations such as the WHO have been annexed by criminal elements who are actually helping to further a criminal agenda of committing murder with the motive of robbery – albeit using covert bioweapons programs.
As a result of the actions of Baxter, at least 35 people in Austria and in the Czech Republic were given preventative treatment against bird flu and the ordinary human flu in hospital. This underlines that in the professional opinion of the medical personnel there was a real, concrete and specific danger from Baxter and WHO’s contaminated material to the health of those individuals, such that administering medicines was considered necessary. I understand the Czech laboratory staff who came into contact with Baxter’s contaminated and who first reported it on February 6th material were placed in quarantine.
Given the fact that this incident happened only a few weeks ago and your organization is involved in it in as far as it supplied a) a lethal strain of the bird flu virus and b) is investigating the incident, it is your duty to be aware of all details, allegations of criminal intent, evidence for those allegations and refutations of those allegations because there are so many parallels with this new “swine flu” case, also involving a synthetic structure that has mysteriously appeared in two places simultaneously.
In particular, you are obliged to be informed about the fact that Baxter uses biosafety level 3 regulations when handling the highly pathogenic bird flu virus that WHO sent the company from its reference center, and that under these biosafety 3 regulations an accidental contamination of the deadly bird flu virus strain you sent you’re your reference center to Baxter with a human flu is virtually impossible.
You must also be aware of the research of Jeffery K. Taubenberger of the Department of Molecular Pathology, Armed Forces Institute of Pathology into the bird flu virus and specifically his reconstruction of the deadly strain of the bird flu virus from the genetic material retrieved from victims of the Spanish flu pandemic of 1918-1919.
Although many researchers and NGOs issued warnings that resurrecting this lethal virus was dangerous to the public, the WHO has been one of the biggest supporters of continuing research into this bio engineered virus and into its “antidotes” spending millions of tax payers dollars on research and prevention programs.
You must be aware that it was only last summer that scientists published in scientific journals evidence that showed that the bird flu can mix with the human flu virus to produce a pandemic virus in a laboratory situation.
You must also be aware of the ongoing criminal investigation in Poland into the deaths of homeless people after they were given a bird flu trial vaccination by doctors and nurses last summer.
There is therefore, I argue, ample evidence within the public domain to show that pharmaceutical companies and government organizations and other agents are knowingly and intentionally creating pandemic virus material and, as we saw in Austria, this winter unleashing it on the population, and trying to cover up their involvement.
Should you and WHO now declare a pandemic for the swine flu in the USA, and should people die as a direct result of the vaccination program you initiate, or should there be significant evidence of harm or injury to people as a direct result of the mass vaccination program you initiate, as happened in 1976, you could find yourself charged not with a conspiracy to mass murder but with mass murder itself.
Furthermore, the WHO, as far as I am informed, has published a study outlining the economic impact of a pandemic virus.
If you as part of your office help criminal organizations who have annexed high offices of state to carry out their crimes, to ignite and then declare a pandemic, that disrupts the economy, then you, other leading individuals working for WHO in an official capacity and WHO, as an organization, could also liable not only for criminal charges but also for damages flowing from class action lawsuits filed not just by citizens of American but by citizens or company around the world that see their revenues decline as a direct result of the pandemic being unleashed, and the subsequent havoc to the economy.
If there is a pandemic declaration by WHO and mass deaths from the vaccination program, I foresee a situation were you and the WHO could find thousands of people are filing criminal charges but also class action law suits.
I contend there is evidence from the pattern of your activities concerning the Baxter case that you, under the color of your office while purporting to act in an official capacity, are actually acting on behalf of hidden crime interests intent on igniting a pandemic and misusing a declaration of a pandemic to gain political and financial advantages, a group which I designate as the Illuminati crime gang.
The declaration of a pandemic by WHO has direct political and financial and other advantages to elements in the US government, especially elements I argue belong to the Illuminati/New World Order/CIA/Freemason crime gang, who are now being considered for investigation for sanctioning torture in Guantanamo in violation of the US and international law, specifically Donald Rumsfeld (who has financial connections with an anti bird flu Tamiflu producer), Richard Cheney and Alberto Gonzales.
The imposition of martial law will help anyone suspected of violating laws to torture to avoid prosecution in the United States, although a case is pending in Spain.
I contend that you are abusing your office as Director General of WHO, knowingly and intentionally, to help the Illuminati achieve their political and financial goals.
I contend there is already today, Saturday, evidence that you are intentionally manipulating information on the swine flu outbreak that allegedly started yesterday to play up the danger of a pandemic in order to justify the implementation of a mass vaccination program while ignoring and suppressing information that indicates this response is not proportionate to the risk.
Finally, I ask you to please provide me by Monday 10am April 27th Central European Time in the form of email attachments, links, legal memos etc the following documentation so that I can review it before submitting fresh criminal charges related to this matter.
Specifically, I ask you to send me or to instruct one of your personnel to send me
1) the studies you have to date on the swine flu vaccination you intend to inoculate the US population with, with clear evidence from respected scientific sources such as clinical trials reported in peer reviewed scientific journals as to their unequivocal safety:
2) information as to the genetic sequence of the swine flu strain detected by WHO in victims of the “swine flu” outbreak in Mexico and America so far;
3) information as to which companies WHO has contracted to provide a swine flu vaccination and under what terms and conditions, including quality assurance, financial terms and conditions;
4) a detailed account of all the safety procedures and independent reviews that WHO has put into place for ensuring any vaccination meets recognized standards of safety and quality;
5) documents proving that you have the legal authority in the case of a swine flu to declare a pandemic and enforce mass vaccinations for the swine flu on the population in the form of legal memos, rulings etc.
Please send all the above documents as email attachments.
If you miss the Monday deadline, I will argue in my submission to the court that you do not have the documents.
I ask you to make sure you keep a copy of the email to me so that you can prove to a court that you a) had all the requisite authority and documents and b) that you had them at hand and available for public and legal scrutiny at short notice in an emergency situation as is your obligation as a public servant.
I will argue that if you have ordered your WHO officers to man the pandemic control room 24/7 from Friday April 24, as reported in the media, then you have an extra obligation to be on duty yourself this weekend and your failure to be on duty in the event of an emergency you have declared is a violation of the rules of conduct of your office.
As you have sufficient personnel at hand, I will argue, you can delegate this job of collecting the documents and materials I request in 1)-5) to a member of your staff and still be available to follow the “pandemic” which you claim is occurring.
If you send me these documents after the Monday deadline, please make sure to keep a copy of the email so that you can prove in a court of law that you had the necessary authority, and documents proving you had that authority at hand, and could present them speedily as is required of a public servant in such an “emergency”.
